I can't say enough good things about this place.This legendary sushi restaurant is my absolute go-to spot.
The restaurant is small and intimate, with only a handful of seats around the mini restaurant. The atmosphere is focused and serene, with every detail meticulously attended to.

Each piece of sushi is expertly crafted, with precise knife work and attention to detail. The flavors are pure and delicate, allowing the natural taste of the fish to shine through. The service at wow sushi is impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring that every guest feels well taken care of throughout the meal. Best place ever for value and deliciousness! The house salad with ginger dressing is absolute perfection.

My friend and I stopped by Wow Sushi for dinner this past Thursday since it was a convenient location for both of us. I haven't been to Wow Sushi in over a decade (!!) but I'm glad I was able to try it again. I do think the salmon quality here is better than most sushi restaurants in this area and would recommend this sushi spot.

One thing I didn't like was how pungent or strong the soy sauce was. I would barely dip my sushi in the soy sauce and the whole bite would be too much.

YELLOWTAIL SCALLION ROLL - 5.50
This comes with six pieces of yellowtail & scallion maki - a true staple. The yellowtail was fresh and it's a typical yellowtail & scallion roll. The pricing is cheaper compared to other restaurants, so I'd definitely recommend.

SUSHI SASHIMI BOX - 17.95
This comes with a miso soup, a spicy tuna roll (I subbed it for a salmon roll), Wow salad, four nigiris and a variety of sashimi. For the amount of food I got, this was pretty worth it. The miso soup was passable but nothing worth remembering -- good appetizer, I guess. The salmon maki was good because the salmon was fresh and had an ample amount of fat that made each bite worth smiling about. The Wow salad had a nice sauce, but similar to the soy sauce, it was too strong and too much. I couldn't finish my entire salad because it was way too saucy. The nigiris were fine, and I particularly enjoyed the salmon and red snapper. I wasn't a huge fan of the tuna or shrimp here. Similarly to the sashimi, I really enjoyed the salmon cuts, red snapper and squid, but the others, not too much.

Some hits and misses, but I'll know for next time. The service was fast, and we got our food pretty quickly after we ordered.

Food was delicious and they gave great portions we got 4 different rolls and a family size soup for only $40 with tip!

Ahh Wow, it was my favorite place when I lived in Troy but I don't live very close anymore. Today I met my brother there for lunch and it was just as delicious and perfect as I remember. The lunch combos are a great value, great sushi and bento box options for $15 or less. I appreciate that their tempura rolls are not overly fried and greasy like some other local places. Dining in at lunch time also includes cucumber salad and miso soup. Both delicious, although I noticed the cucumber salad no longer has a crab stick on top. There are also 4 rolls every month that are 20 percent off and I tried the "Andrea roll" which has raw salmon and lemon slices on top, ummm WOW living up to its name as usual. So fresh and delicious. Located in a strip center right next to Orange Theory Fitness, Wow Sushi is a great little find. While searching for sushi near me I found this place after searching online for another sushi bar seeing as the restaurant I normally go to was closed today.

This cozy little spot has just enough seating, plenty of outdoor parking, and friendly staff. The interior of the space is calm and relaxing with yellow walls and pictures of sushi posted all throughout the space.

I ordered the California Roll and a side of Edamame. Both came out at a reasonable time and taste great! I asked for Gluten-Free soy sauce and they brought that out too!

Overall, I liked the food, service, and atmosphere. I'll be back!

My favorite sushi restaurant. Been coming here for a few years now and it continues to be my favorite. The prices are fair; the sushi is really fresh and flavorful, the sides are all delicious too (my fave is the gyoza ). I love the spicy special California roll.

The best sushi in Troy area. We love that they are family owned. They are always very attentive and so nice. The sushi is amazing. Definitely recommend

This place was amazing before! Now portion of the rolls are very tiny, California roll doesn't even look like one, no wasabi cause, expensive!
