Super responsive and super knowledgeable. Despite having been in business so many years, Mr Worrell has taken the time to keep up with current products and can walk you thru the appropriate tradeoffs. Pricing is on the higher end of the spectrum but in the end would most likely be worth it. I opted not to use them for circumstantial reasons, and as I've learned using a different roofer, a lot of errors can still occur during the actual work, so there's no substitute for an actual fully completed job as an indication of a five star review. This company has the IP to make the right design decisions up front and seems so far ahead of anyone I've consulted I decided to bestow them the five stars even though I do not have experience with a start to finish job with them.

As a Design+Build remodeling firm, we have worked with Worrell Roofing for over 20 years on many of our projects, including the roof on our own building. Fred Worrell is easy (and even fun) to work with, and has a wry sense of humor, but he also has a no-nonsense approach to installing a high quality roof or repair that he knows will last.
He provides excellent advice and is someone we can trust to do the job right at a fair price, and he stands behind his work. I can without a doubt give Worrell Roofing the highest mark for service and quality.

We've been using Worrell Roofing for different roof and downspout projects for over 15 years, so when it came time to install a "cool roof" on our Eichler home there was only one choice - Worrell Roofing! This was a project that started last fall. Fred Worrell came over, inspected the roof overall and made a recommendation for a multi-stage project that fit with the special needs of our Eichler home roof, the time of year and our budget.
We started with the Worrell crew doing patch and repair work in the fall to protect the house during the winter; then in early Spring Fred sent his crew back over to thoroughly power-wash the roof in preparation for the new coating; and when the rain finally stopped the Worrell team applied several layers of Tropical specialty coatings. Fred was engaged with us throughout the entire length of the project - kept us informed on timing and what to expect and what was really happening up there - and his team was very polite, responsive to questions -- and tidy. We were progressively billed - correctly per the quotation - throughout the project.

In April we had an inspection with Fred Worrell and the rep from the roof coating company - and we now have a new 10-year warranty for our "cool" and green Eichler roof.
