I went in to have a button sewn on to my coat. They did it while I waited, in an unimaginably short span of time. And they did a beautiful job.

Avoid this business if you want to avoid heart/headache. I won't go into the gory details, but they ruined my wife's brand new wedding dress before our reception. After admitting it was '100%' their fault, they refused to refund us for the cleaning and reimburse us for the damages. Only after a month of back and forth did they reluctantly agree. While the employees up front are friendly, the actual cleaners are incompetent and owner are rude and deceitful. Do yourself a big favor and go elsewhere.

I had a bridesmaids dress fixed here last summer. The work was impeccable, and they were so nice. The dress was a bit snug-- but the top didn't need to be altered. It zipped, but the zipper was REALLY tough. I was worried it needed a new zipper, but the guys in the store assured me that it was just a tough zipper and didn't try to sell me more work. They shortened this crazy big dress (lots of layers, with pickups, etc.) and it was perfect for only $40. Seriously, great customer service, clean store, great work done. World Cleaners will now have all my alteration and cleaning business from now on with anything I really want to be done correctly. If they did such great work on that complex dress, I'm sure they do a great job on normal clothing items.
