When my town home complex caught on fire a while back because some clown left their ding dong brain of a kid home alone who decided he was going to dip his G.I Joe dolls in lighter fluids and light them on while he threw them up in the air in his back yard 5 inches from a live propane tank! Ya, This kid is a winner! Thanks to the quick response of the Woodstock Fire Department the fire was contained to only a few units instead of half of the complex and kept us off the 6' o"clock news!

Our Woodstock Fire Department folks are the best. When our indoor fire sprinkler burst from the several weeks of below average cold weather they were there to make sure the entire house didn't get flooded and that my cats weren't in any danger. I remember the fire chief Soumas called and said that my cat Cody was just laying on the steps to the upstairs looking at him "like dude, what's going on!" That was so like Cody who was the most chill cat ever...nothing excited him...he was always like...don't care..not impressed!

Every few months they also come out to make sure all the sprinkler system are working properly and they never gripe about all the junk on my front porch that they gotta move around to just to get to check the system...and they always put everything back...sometimes better than before...I think there maybe a fire fighter that can moonlight as an interior decorator someday...

I see the fire chief all the time at the RaceTrac near RopeMill Rd. filling up those trucks...I asked them once what their bill was and they were like $300-ish...dang....anyways, thanks guys for keeping us safe and hopefully you won't have to return to my neighborhood again!

Class one fire department located right next to lifetime fitness on Highway 92 E. towards Roswell Georgia.
They run ALS advanced life-support out of the station and have a response time of less than five minutes to generally anywhere in the area
