We came in for our 370Z Nissan (without an appointment..) service took us right away ..said about a 45 minute wait..their "app" allows us to track the progress on our car at any time during the service and we sat in comfy lounge chairs with a couple TVs to watch ..fresh popcorn, snacks, pop, water, coffee, tea....just like home...very quiet and relaxing area while we wait ..separate glass walls area for kids (with a door you can close...a win) very clean and tidy....but do not come in if you are "weak" those cars in the showroom are GORGEOUS...we had to look away! It took 35-40 min!!! Awesome job..super quick!

Ryan Ludington was very helpful made my shopping there very comfortable and stress free, did everything he could to make feel great. price was right and went smooooth. i would refer him to everybody i know. And yes i did buy a new truck.

Whatever you do do not finance with Woodhouse Nissan in Bellevue. Go with someone else. I bought a truck recently and financed through them. Done it several times with other dealerships no big deal. The next day I see that I had 3 hard inquiries on my credit report. I don't think they realize the effect that has on people. Also, it's been over a month now since my purchase and I still don't have the title. That really sucks, I have them the title for the truck I traded in, but I have heard 2 different reasons why Nissan screwed it up in the last 2 weeks.

I have been a Woodhouse buyer for almost 10 years not, and not only will I never purchase a vehicle from them again, I would absolutely never refer anyone to get their vehicle serviced at any Woodhouse location, but especially here. Their inability to diagnose the root cause of an issue and carelessness at putting your vehicle back together when they preform routine maintenance is an epidemic. In these 10 years I have never taken my vehicle to be serviced where it didn't come back with something new wrong or the original issues was not fixed. Their lack of communication in to current state of where your vehicle is in the process of being fixed leads one to wonder if they are just "looking" for something to be wrong with your car. Their negligence has rendered my vehicle inoperable with a 9000.00 repair bill and have taken no responsibility for their actions in the matter, they take no accountability for their failures and choose to pass the burden on to their customer. You should be ashamed of yourself, Woodhouse, on how you treat repeat business.

I bought my Nissan Altima brand new back in 2008 from Woodhouse and have been very happy with their service department ... until recently. Last year I got an oil change and was given a list of items that needed to be taken care of. I didn't have the work done by Woodhouse or anyone.
The next oil change I was given a list, expecting all the same items. Nope. My rear shocks that needed to be replaced magically fixed themselves. The necessary alignment fixed itself. The coolant that needed to be refilled magically filled itself. However, the newest list showed power steering fluid, brake fluid and automatic transmission fluid as "requiring IMMEDIATE attention." My car also needed front struts replaced and cabin filter.
I decided to shop around and took my car to Grease Monkey. They inspected all the fluids and found them to be perfectly fine. The guy even said the AT fluid looked like it had just been replaced (which it hadn't). They confirmed the front struts needed replacement but the back shocks were just fine. Then they discovered the cabin microfilter had been installed wrong. It had been shoved in and wasn't actually filtering anything. It wasn't even dirty, just mangled.
Bottom line, I will NEVER take my car to Woodhouse for service again and I will NEVER buy a car from them again. Service department? If you wanna buy parts and repairs that aren't needed, if you wanna be told brand new parts are bad and NEED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION, if you wanna deal with being lied to, then this is the place to go. Dishonesty at its finest

I visited this Dealership about a week ago when I was on business and personal matters for a dear and close friend who lives and is from Omaha Nebraska ....... First off, I set an appointment for an oil change and the Service Advisor I set it with was not available . Understandable, it happens in this business ! I was once a Service Advisor, a true, communicative and dedicated one I was ....... Secondly, I ask the Service Advisor that took my vehicle in to get me some quotes on some floor mats because I needed them and guess what ? He DID NOT do as I requested ! Yet, I specifically asked him to call me ! Thirdly, when I dropped my vehicle off on Saturday I was told that they close @ 6:00 pm . No problem ! Later I get a text message about other concerns concerning my vehicle . New ways and technology ! I called because I was moving way too much to stop and get online . Not all of us set around on our phone being non productive ! I call and they tell me about breaks and other concerns but I declined . Have techs in my network here in Dallas Texas who do am awesome job at a low price . Fourth, I called 2 hours before 6 pm to ask what is the latest I can pick up my vehicle given that they close @ 6 pm ? The Service Advisor Tim C. says "I don't know" ! What !!!!!!! So I ask him again and his second response is "your vehicle is ready sir" ! What !!!!!!!! I ask him for a third time the same exact question and his final response is "we close @ 6pm" ! Obviously someone doesn't listen to the question that is being asked or he doesn't understand the question that is being asked ! WoW ! My 4 year old daughter and definitely my 9 year old daughter would've answered the first time ! That day after arriving to pick up my vehicle, I ask to speak to the Service Advisor and I was told "he's gone for the day" ! I can probably see why ! So the guy suggest I talk to the Sales Manager . The Sales Manager comes out and has this look on his face that clearly says "I hate this job, I hate this place, I don't really want to hear what you have to say , I'd rather be home watching tv or sleeping and even can you please hurry up because I want to go back to my desk and do nothing ! WTH ! I tell him what happened even though he was not the least concerned or worried about what I had to say ! So after I spoke to him, I asked him to get with the Service Manager and have him call me on Monday . Monday came and by 3:00 pm I still had not heard from the Service Manager ! That tells me one of two things, he didn't tell the Service Manager or the Service Manager wasn't a bit concerned with what happened as far as my experience ....... I called the Service Manager that day and spoke to him and guess what ? He has the same I don't give a dam attitude over the phone and there was no concern or worries over the phone by the sound of his voice ! Must be a Woodhouse Nissan thing ! I te then better service @ Wal-Mart , Golden Corral , Dairy Queen and Subway ........ Must be a Woodhouse Nissan standard procedure in customer service ! Lastly, I had a call from a Woman named Michelle from corporate office and guess what ? She had the same attitude as everyone else ! No concern or worries in her voice ! No sincere apology that was meant and the same I don't give a dam attitude over the phone ! WTH & WTF ! Obviously there's no communication here ! There's no friendliness ! There's no sense of concern ! There's no sincere apologies ! There's obviously no training when it comes to customer service and I would not be surprised if their customer surveys are low ! So if this is the type of treatment you are looking for and are happy with, please be my guess and get in line ! But if TOP QUALITY SERVICE is what you're looking for or you want to be treated as a true customer ! This is DEFINITELY NOT the place to go ! I know it's a small town and this dealership more than likely has the "we're the only ones here, so they've got no choice but to put up with us attitude" ! It's sad because they DO NOT appreciate you or as they didn't appreciate me . It's ok ! I'm a DJ and I have my followers and once I put the word out it will eventually get around and I can guarantee they will not be going either ....... It's sad when Dairy Queen and Golden Corral have much better customer service than you and they don't make as much as you do but then again, they value and appreciate their customers ! Too bad Woodhouse Nissan doesn't ! DJ "XXX" DALLAS TEXAS 2019 ! By the way, I was asked if I would visit this dealership again and my answer was "HELL NO" !!!!!!!!

I was in the market for a new car due to, unfortunately, an accident the week prior which resulted in a total-loss for my vehicle. I was in Nebraska to visit friends for a couple of days and decided to give Woodhouse a try since I had received positive feedback about them.
Having to drive back home to San Antonio, TX I didn't have time to look around the lot nor do a face-to-face consultation. Additionally, I had a tight timeline (less than a week) in which I was hoping to obtain a new vehicle. Despite these challenges, Jerry (sales) and Adam (finance) worked diligently to not only find the perfect vehicle to meet my many demands but also have it shipped and delivered to me quickly. The entire process from car selection to car delivery took six days to complete. I had an absolute wonderful experience with their service department! I truly had a super horrible experience is that other Nissan dealership service Departments. On top of that I spoke with the salesman who was absolutely wonderful and super professional I was actually given a deal I couldn't refuse unfortunately chose to refuse it for now but in the near future I cannot wait to see what is available! I have dealt with a few car dealerships that Really made me feel like an absolute horrible person in this dealership made me feel good! The service department was wonderful the salesman were wonderful even if you're not looking for a vehicle at the moment go in there and talk to these guys don't make things happen beyond your expectations. I hope to do business with them very soon I would like to buy an electric vehicle in my price range I'm hoping to buy a used one I truly hope even if I don't buy a vehicle from them that everybody in this car dealership truly succeeds in life I can't wait to continue to do business with them!
