Yes, this is my neighborhood golf course, so I'm biased. It is definitely a challenging course (for my unsophisticated swing), though the greens can get a bit unreliable. Go in the spring and they're riddled with brown patches, but late fall and suddenly it's a freakin' marsh on those things. Over all, though, when it's dry it's a great course for a great price. The view from the third tee especially makes all the lost water balls and forest searches worthwhile. And though you may think 'municipal course - must be rudimentary at best,' take a cart. Dear god, take a cart. This may be Minnesota, but Sisyphus never saw this many hills. The course goes from four stars with a cart and a six pack to two stars on foot.
