One of the best hotels in Winston-Salem. It is located downtown across from the Convention Center.
There is a restaurant, WS Prime located in the hotel which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a large bar area in front of the restaurant with several big screen TVs.
There is valet parking for $8 per day, but if you don't like waiting for your car you can park across the street for $6 per day in the public parking lot and walk across the 2nd floor bridge to the hotel. This hotel is used for conventions and for special events like wedding.
There is free Starbucks coffee every morning but you will need to make it downtairs to the lobby before 9AM. If you miss it, you can always walk across the street to the Starbucks.
BTW, how bad can this place be, one of the local college football teams stays here before home games.
