We would give them 10 stars if we could. John came by the house for an initial consult with me. My spouse wasn't home so John taped up the samples and left me with a packet of information. The company emailed us our quote shortly after, at a price significantly under what we were fearful of. Home takes time, and John did not price gouge us. The team on site was clean and worked all day long to finish our project. Thank you so much Window Genie!

Window Genie did a beautiful job of putting Christmas lights on my house. The staff was nice, communication was great, and the installation was timely. I am very happy.

Thank you, Hans, John, and Lisa, for helping us clear our gutters! We were extremely pleased with the responsiveness and efficiency of your team. The cost was reasonable ($349) for the gutter and downspout cleaning on our 2 story home. For another $40, they cleaned a few windows that were only accessible from the roof. Unlike another company we reached out to, Window Genie of the East Bag didn't charge a fee for the estimate, and they were able to schedule an appointment within a few business days of us reaching out to them. Hans even sent us some before and after photos along with a video of the cleaning. They filled a ~20 gallon trash bag with debris from our gutters!

Solar panels get dirty and can affect their output, so for the second time we used this business to clean the panels. Excellent job and our panel output went up!

Window Genie just finished another great job at my house! I use them every year and I'm very happy with the results. The staff in the office are always polite and friendly. The staff in the field are very professional, neat and friendly.

Lisa and the installers were great! Knew how to work with the special tint I bought to stop my artificial grass from melting. They did the install in a location where it is windy (Mountain House, CA). Showed up on time and got the job done. They even stayed longer as I added more windows to the order. Highly recommend folks.

Our experience with Window Genie was amazing. I know that sounds corny, but it's true. When I called, someone answered! No voicemail phone tag. Lisa took my info and said she would send a bid the next day. She followed through. Again, I was impressed because many contractors don't these days.

When the cleaning team arrived in the purple vans, they were prepared and ready to work. The foreman explained the cleaning process while two other guys started to clean. They were professional and very careful in our home. At one point, the team noticed a couple threadbare screens and a bent frame. The guys not only told us but also called the office. Lisa from the office then called us to explain they prefer not to clean thin screens for fear of breakage. Lisa offered to take the cost off our bill.

When the cleaning team was done, the windows looked fantastic. The foreman asked if we wanted to inspect each window. We didn't feel the need, but his customer service was great!

This is my 2nd time using Window Genie. As with the prior service, everything was great .. from the front-end office interaction to the field service reps. I'd say they were the exception to most small businesses in that they are consistently great with communication, on time performance and friendly staff. We had power washing and window cleaning. Power wash was not just the standard wand-type wash .. they clean the surface with a rotary cleaner and then wash it. I'd highly recommend them.

5 stars for Tommy's crew , however not for the business. Too many up charges. I've had windows cleaned in the past and paid for the entire window and track to be cleaned. If there were water spots they were cleaned. I was told it would cost. 99.00 per man hour to remove spots. So, I was left with water spots on my windows. Not the crews fault. Tracks were wiped, but not cleaned. That's extra too. I paid $75.00 for a ladder to be brought into my home for for high windows because, " it takes 2 men to do them for safety reasons". I have a photo that I will try to upload that indicates differently. Guess it doesn't take 2 men on the outside for safety reasons. And yes, as you recall on our phone estimate conversation, I questioned this numerous times and kept getting another excuse as to why. Anther one, cause you had to bring a "taller ladder". If you we're looking at my property on google, you could see I have a 2 story home. You needed the ladder for the outside, so why would you charge for the ladder to come through the front door? It wasn't brought specifically for the inside. You needed it to do the outside job. Again, upcharge.
As I stated at the start of this post , the crew was exceptional, however after speaking with other window cleaning companies, not sure we were a good match.
