A few years back, I was diagnosed with a repetitive stress injury. The workman's comp orthopedic surgeon told me that surgery on my wrist was my only recourse (and he had not done any X-Rays!). A friend of mine recommended I get a second opinion from Dr. Larry Williams, who did a series of X-Rays and a thorough exam and came up with a treatment plan for the pinched nerve in my neck. Yes, I had to go 2-3 times a week, but only for a short time. I was totally recovered by Dr. Larry Williams and never needed surgery. Now I just go in about every 4-8 weeks for a proactive adjustment.
People say chiropractors are addictive, but what I really found is now that I know what it is like to live without back pain and headaches, I don't delay to get treatment. Every now and again I'll get an injury from falling off a bike, dance related injuries, minor car accident, etc, and a couple of "top-up" visits to Dr. Larry Williams has me back in tip-top shape right away.
I have also used both of their massage therapists on occasion. Both do an outstanding deep-tissue massage and are experts at working out "trigger points". They are the best massage therapists I've been to and are a steal compared to spas and salons. You get a full 50 minute massage, unlike at some spas/salons where they give you 10 minutes to change on each end, which ends up making your "hour" long massage closer to 35-40 minutes. That doesn't happen at Winchester Chiropractic, so you really get your money's worth for a massage. -

I'm a huge fan of Dr. Sharon. I was reluctant to go to a chiropractor initially because I always heard about people who went three times a week...for the rest of their life, and I didn't want to sign up for that.
However, I had to do something to deal with sharp back pains, and Dr. Williams fixed me right up. She's nice, she's smart, she's efficient, she has really strong hands. She adjusts me thoroughly and then I leave. I've been coming here for years and can't recommend the office highly enough. If you are looking for a combination chiropractor/reiki/spa/aura calibration/chakra exchange program, this may not be the setup for you, but if you are looking for a good chiro adjustment without a lot of frills, this is the place.
Even in some pretty painful situations she's bailed me out with just a few adjustments. If I was smart enough to go in for a proactive adjustment every six to eight weeks I could probably avoid the pain altogether.
Although I have never been adjusted by him, I hear that Dr. Larry is quite good too.
They offer massage therapy as well - never done it so I can't comment on that service. -

Dr. Sharon is AMAZING! I'm sure her husband, the other Dr. in the office is just the same! Some see chiropractors as scam witch doctors and that was pretty much my experience before Winchester Chiropractic...no I should say certain witch doctors who billed my insurance for a year after I no longer used their services!!!! A witch doctor who is now serving time in san quinten for INSURANCE FRAUD because he did this to multiple patients!! yeah, now he's giving death row inmates free back cracks...haha
Anyways, if you are having back problems and don't want a doctor who won't try to sell themselves out and do nothing for you then I would definitely try Dr. Sharon Williams. She is Kind, Approachable, AFFORDABLE and knows he stuffr. I DEFINITELY A FAN! -

My family has been going to Dr. Larry for about 14 years - as we have added family members (when our children married) they all became enthusiastic converts and Dr. Sharon has taken care of the grandkids as well. I have also recommended Dr. Larry to numerous friends and co-workers, and they have also been patients of Dr. Larry for years. Some of us have chronic problems from old injuries that Dr. Larry helps keep at bay, and others just need a little help from time to time, but either way, we have ALL been helped tremendously and honestly don't know what we would do without being able to call the office when the going gets tough. It is wonderful to know that we don't have to just put up with being in pain if we have a chronic condition or if we just take a spill, pull something in our backs or wake up with a stiff neck!
The office staff is incredibly nice and always tries to work us in, even with little notice (some days you just wake up hurting and KNOW you're going to need a visit!) I have also had the myofascial therapy many times (the massage) and the massage therapists are incredibly effective and help to loosen things up so that I can get a better adjustment. Dr. Sharon is wonderful with the children (sometimes they fall down and complain of back or neck pain so I treat them to a visit) - she is so gentle and calming. My grandkids LOVE going to Dr. Sharon, not only because she is so sweet, but they always feel better afterward.
You cannot find a more dedicated, caring chiropractic office than this one!
