One of the Business' Favorite Reviews What's This?
willow glen froyo co. ROCKS MY NUTS.
frozen vanilla custard. every time i eat a spoonful of this i want to cry. their banana cream anything flavor makes me want to punch someone in the face because its SO GOOD.
i also really love that they offer to ring me whenever they have the flavor i'm looking for. i've never actually gotten a call from them, actually. and i'm sure they've had that flavor in many many times since they told me they'd call me. but i think it's sweet that they offer, haha.
I'm going to knock this place one star. It's got a well deserved reputation, but let's face it, the frozen yogurt game has changed since WGFYC first chilled diary.
With so many new upstarts (Penguin, looking at you) chains on the upswing ('ello Fraiche), there just isn't much room in my heart for a FroYo (froyo? fRoYo? how do we type this?) establishment that is inconveniently located, doesn't take my plastic and whose toppings don't include lychee (the topping I personally use to gauge if you're serious about toppings). If there was some kind of historical, heartstring pull at work here I'd give it the fifth star, but the building is charmless and this place isn't much of a draw outside of WG.
Don't get me wrong. Still awesome. But no longer the best, or in yelpese, "As good as it gets."
I love these types of yogurt shops! The regular frozen yogurt, before the tart self serve ones came to flood the cities.
They have a variety of flavors and toppings and I believe they change some of the flavors weekly or daily? Well I came specifically for the frozen custard which was absolutely heaven! If you love creamy, flan flavored frozen yogurt like me..then you'll like the frozen custard. Prices unbeatable! for a "small" which is the middle sized one...It costs like 3.50 and it serves well over 4 people! Portions are huge! Next time we'll be sure to get a smaller size so I can actually enjoy it and not force myself to finish it all.
It's downtown willow glen so it's a nice area to be on a nice sunny day. There's select seating out back where you can sit and enjoy your frozen yogurt. =)
I have always wanted to try frozen custard. I was deeply disappointed to find out that it tastes like any other soft serve desserts. As soon as we walked in, each person was given a sample of vanilla frozen custard and a sample of chocolate frozen yogurt. They also had homemade ice cream. I opted for the homemade ice cream in a vanilla based ice cream with huge swirls of raspberry and a chocolate based ice cream with chunks of peanut butter. The ice cream was really mediocre compared to other homemade ice creams I have had. The place was clean and service was friendly and you can't knock the free unasked for samples.
Today must be my 4-star reviewing day. We tried out their frozen yogurt selection after our meal at Willow St. Pizza. I chose their Wow Cow's Cappuccino frozen yogurt, which tasted exactly like a normal froyo with less fat, lactose, and sugar (they use fructose as sweetener). I liked how the Wow Cow froyo didn't use aspartame or sucralose.
My only complaint is the price. You have to pay per topping. So my child-sized froyo was a little under $3 but I had to add my pomegranate topping for $1.25. So for my tiny froyo with minimal topping cost us around $4. Wow! I can go to other tart froyo places like Red Mango, Tartini, Pinkberry, etc., and get $4 of froyo that's much bigger. Luckily, I was too stuffed to complain but now that I think about it...whoa!
This place is AHHH-MAAAAZING! Everytime I'm up north within 2 hours of this place, I HAVE to stop by and get some FROZEN CUSTARD.
You have seriously not experienced life if you haven't had their frozen custard. It's the creamiest, smoothest, yummiest thing ever. It's probably a good thing I don't live closer, because I would be there everyday.
The portions are big for the price, and even the smallest size will satisfy your craving...but a larger size is good too;)
There aren't even enough words to describe how yummy the frozen custard is.
I've had samples of their ice-cream and frozen yogurts, which are good, but I can get ice cream and fro-yo anywhere. I cannot, however, find a frozen custard place around me so I never waste a chance to get some.
Seriously, if you're ever near Willow Glenn and have a sweet tooth, stop by. Even if you aren't craving sweets, stop in and ask for a sample, that'll be sure to change your mind.
My mouth is watering just thinking about it right now... I may have to make a trip up north soon!! :D
The creamery is small, local, kind of cute and easy to walk to after having dinner/drinks in downtown Willow Glen. The place itself seemed a little dirty and/or run down inside. I guess it just didn't feel overly clean to me. There is just a tiny bit of seating inside but plenty outside. The staff was young and efficient but not great. But the frozen yogurt especially for the price with toppings was great. I got a swirl of chocolate and vanilla with oreos and bananas. The young girl who helped me did cut up fresh bananas so that was sweet.
It is a bit over rated but I have tried the custard or any of the other novelties. I wouldn't go out of my way but again it's a great dessert to walk to while downtown.
The people that work there are very very helpful. I tried the ice cream and my gf tried the frozen yogurt. I even sampled their sour apple tart with caramel on top. It was very like a caramel apple and tasty. The flavor is there. The prices are decent. And the fact you can try all these things and the people working there aren't going to give you the"I have better things to do look". You all know what I am talking about. But its great. I have yet to try anything there that is bad. The texture of the ice cream is smooth and rich. the place was clean. Like when you go to Baskin Robbins and do the money exchange at the counter and you get some sticky money or hands? They don't have that here!!
As soon as I saw this place, I knew one thing:
I wanted the frozen custard.
I've heard so much about frozen custard from the Food Network and my friends from the East Coast "It's the best! You've GOT to try it!" and so I did, at Willow Glen Frozen Yogurt Company. We walked in there to check it out while we were waiting for a table at Bill's across the street . I perused the menue and when we walked out to go to brunch a man came out after us and said, "Leaving so soon?" I guess he was the owner and was suprised someone actually walked out empty handed! I told him we would get the frozen custard after brunch. He laughed and said "See you soon!"
ANYWAYS, I tried the frozen custard in Vanilla flavor. I didn't know what to expect since it looked like froyo to me but as soon as I tried it, I liked it. A lot! I like that it's dense and creamy.
I'd definitely be back for the frozen custard any day. I can get ice cream and froyo anywhere. But fozen custard? I'm going to Willow Glen!
YUMMM!!!
I am a fan of frozen yogurt, and this is by far one of my favorite places!
Yogurt: they have tons of different flavors (including different "flavors of the day"), and tons of different toppings. They even have pink sprinkles! cute :)
Ice Cream: They actaully make their ice cream! It is creamy and delicious. The last time I went there, I ordered vanilla yogurt with a topping and my boyfriend had the banana nut ice cream. it was delicious.
Ambiance: The inside is quaint. It is small, but has enough room to get the job done. There isn't that much seating in or around the yogurt place, but hey! your're in willow glen. There are plenty of benches/low walls along the strip to sit. Or you can take a nice stroll through Willow Glen and enjoy your yummy ice cream or yogurt.
Side note: this place is great because it does not fit into the cliche yogurt places that seem to have been popping up everywhere.
Enjoy!
LEMON CHEESECAKE froyo and MACAPUNO ice cream (but not together) :P
Kat H. brought me here the other day after amazing Indian food at Vik's! We were looking for something to cool us down! Yay for Willow Glen Froyo! It was my first time visiting Willow Glen and it's been a month since I last had froyo!!! O_O Can you believe that? I know crazy, huh? You must be wondering how I survived... Or maybe I'm lying to myself :P haha
I really liked the consistency, texture, and the taste of the froyo!!! It's thick, but not too creamy like Red Mango or icy like Yogurtland. mmmm Lemon cheesecake! SO GOOD!! I also sampled the macapuno ice cream! Oh, I wish I had another stomach and that their store was closer to ME!
Watch out because I'll be back!! :D

Damn you for not letting me and my gf in at 10:28pm to get some frozen custard.
I'll update once I actually make it into this place.
Finally, i tried this place.
I've probably passed this place a billion times and heard that it was so delicious, but never stopped by.
The place is a small little shop, but they know what they're doing.
I was standing around for a while, since I'm horrible with choosing a flavor and i rarely go to ice cream shops. I asked the girl which was popular and she gave me a lot of information.
The girl was really friendly and helpful, she gave me a sample of the pumpkin ice cream and it was really delicious!
I ended up getting strawberry cheesecake. It was good, but didn't give me a wow factor. Dry toppings are extra .80cents & the fruits are about $1. That's basically the downfall of the place, but the ice cream is pretty cheap, so i guess it balances out.
The Chico size is enough for me and it was about $3 w/ cookie dough topping. The thing i love about this place is that they put the topping in the middle and on top, so they're not stingy with their toppings.
This place was packed & it was freezing outside! That must say something :)
FYI- CASH OR CHECK ONLY! It's a popular place, they should definitely upgrade.
I'm normally not a big frozen yogurt fan. Most of the ones I've tried from various frozen yogurt shops seem to lack flavor and just seem a bit too cold and a bit flat in taste. WGFYC is completely different though. There's a reason they have lines out the door. The yogurt, ice cream and even fat-free "Wow Cow" are all wonderful, very flavorful and creamy. My favorite though is the frozen custard. These folks know how to make real frozen custardand it's an absolute treat!
Pretty darn good ice cream, yogurt and service.
Yes, another Froyo review, but I'm not writing this review about Froyo. Oh my goodness, forget the Froyo here, it's all about the frozen Custard!!
So I go here to wipe away my Monday blues. The lines were pretty long, but moved quickly. The music was kinda loud that I had to repeat my order 3 times. No, i'm not a low talker.. all the time LOL :P Turn it down a few notches.
The portions are not as big as Yumi Yogurt. There's tables outside. I had to park across the street, as there is limited parking. I had the mini (7 oz.) size of Frozen Vanilla Custard with Raspberries, and it was pure Heaven in a cup! Never had so much creaminess, sweetness in a frozen treat. I think one Yelper said it was very very sweet and very very creamy. She must be a Sugar wimp. You can never have too much creamy goodness and sweetness! It came out to $4.10 with tax included. They have different flavors each day. I forget what the flavors of the day were. I was just antsy for the Frozen Custard.
I must go back to try the Chocolate Frozen Custard! I'm ready for the sugar overload!
-1 star for Cash only. They also serve not only Froyo at 28 calories an oz., but Ice Cream, Froyo Shakes, and Ice Cream Shakes.
I seriously crave their ice cream! They have the most amazing frozen treats. Yes, I said treats. They have everything under the sun to please all tastes. The have ice cream, frozen yogurt, frozen custard, a low fat frozen yogurt, smooties and a variety of toppings.
The ice cream is delicious. Its rich creamy and full of flavor. My personal favorite is the mint cookie crunch.
The frozen yogurt is creamy and doesn't melt as easily as other places.
The frozen custards is nothing like the frozen yogurt. Frozen custards is creamier and richer. (it is totally worth the extra calories) The only down is that it is only served in two flavors: chocolate and vanilla.
The low fat frozen yogurt is surprising good. It's called "wow cow" and it is very refreshing and not has heavy as the ice cream or yogurt.
The toppings...oh the toppings. They really plaster the toppings on the ice cream.
The store has very limited parking. They only take cash or check. The prices are super affordable.
I love that WGFYC is open super late during the summer. It's a smart business decision, because froyo is the perfect late night post dinner treat.
However, I have to knock a star off because I've been pretty disappointed that it took them several months to get a new machine for their chocolate custard, which was what I loved so much about this place. Now that they finally have a new machine, they've come up with this new Hershey's chocolate frozen custard, and I'm sorry to say, but I don't really care for it. It's too sweet, and it just makes me want to drink a glass of water after each bite.
But I still love the friendly staff and the variety of froyo and ice cream they offer. And it's a great spot to hang out and people watch while you're having your frozen treat.

It was 80 degrees on Sunday, and I was dying for some WGFYC. We always get their chocolate frozen… Read more »
I think this place is overrated. MAYBE I'd go here again if I'm craving some ice cream or frozen yogurt on a late night. The more cost-saving alternative would be to just buy ice cream at a grocery store. I don't feel that WGFYC offers anything extraordinary. $1.25 for a fruit topping? $0.85 for a dry topping? No thanks. Also, maybe it's because I went at a particularly busy time but my "frozen yogurt" wasn't exactly frozen. My pistachio frozen yogurt quickly lost its shape.
Another thing... They really need to start accepting credit cards.
Pinoy (Filipino) Swirl:
Fill bottom with mango icecream, add layer of granola and mixed fruits including pinapple. Smear some honey. Add a top layer of tart original yogurt. Then layer on more fruit, granola and honey.
Great service, the taller white guy (forgot his name) created the above mixture for me since I didn't know what to try first. He called it the "Filipino Swirl!" Ha great customer service, I'll come here again not only to get my yogurt/ice cream fix but to be entertained as well.
Oh you can mix yogurt and ice cream too since they charge by the cup not the ounce.
Great homemade ice cream, yogurt, cheap and a warm welcome that is hard to compare with other ice cream/yogurt shops!
Defiantly coming here again when I'm in the area!
The frozen custard here is delightful, but being that it's all I've had I can't review beyond that.
But man, that custard is so good!
If you're used to trendy frozen yogurt places, the prices are neither bad nor shocking.
I love, love the frozen custard here. But then again, that could be my Midwest roots showing. :-P
I tried the chocolate fudge fro-yo too... I'm not a fan of fro-yo, so I was still not happy with it. Toppings = tons to choose from (and those who like cookie dough, they have fresh cookie dough topping too!) Plus they have shakes and ice cream too! And they have alternating flavors...fun!
Portions...epic! They have a kiddie-sized one, and even if it said 9 oz for what I spent under $4 for...I know it was more than 9 oz. of fro-yo and custard!
Prices = cheap to moderate (depends on what you order!) Must have cash or check. (No plastic!)
Parking...they have their own lot but on a busy night, go look for street parking, or know someone in the neighborhood and book it. :P
After a celabatory birthday dinner at Willow Street, we all (14 of us!) converged upon this little ice cream shop and joined the masse en line!
Have no idea what the kids got - they got their full cups and high-tailed it outside without offering us parents anything!
My friends talked about the frozen custard, so I ordered up the smallest size they had. They only had vanilla. (Would love to try chocolate custard sometime). Anyway, I think the smallest size was 3oz. Good thing I didn't order anything larger. That custard was sweet and rich and sweet and creamy and sweet and sweet and more sweet. In the end, five adults shared that little cup of custard and didn't finish it.
Don't get me wrong - it wasn't bad, it was just very rich and very, very, very sweet. (Although this all followed a big meal.)
I'll definitely hit this place up again and hope they have chocolate custard when I do!
As others have mentioned, the place is tiny. Parking is, eh. The line is long, but moves quickly as long as folks don't linger too long sampling freebies before making up their mind. Hey - how about an Express Ordering Line? For those of us who know what we want and don't need to sample? ;)
The frozen custard is five star! My friend Liz just bought a place up the street so she took us here. I was just visiting on the weekend but i had to go there again on Sunday before coming back to LA. The awesomest thing about this place is that when you ask for a topping (I had oreo cookie), they stop half way, put in the toppings, add more custard, and top it again! I've never seen anyone do that! That's just common sense if you think about it.
They have a lot of seats outside for the little kids and I thought that was so cool.
As you can tell by the 300+ reviews, Willow Glen Froyo Co. is pretty popular. Whenever I go to downtown, there are tons of people waiting in line and sitting outside.
I finally tried the place a few months ago, and I thought the ice cream was pretty good. I had the cheesecake with strawberries, and after every bite, I would say, "Wow..this really tastes like cheesecake with strawberries!" Haha. My friend got something plain, like chocolate, and he was happy with it too.
A fun place to get ice cream, especially right now for summer. And their announcement says that they're open till midnight, so you can satisfy your ice cream craving even late at night!
FROZEN CUSTARD FTW!!!
I came here once on a windy, spring day and the line was out the door!! I can't imagine how long the lines will be in the midst of the summer heat. But don't be afraid, the long line goes by pretty fast
The custard is heavenly. It doesn't even need any toppings to compliment its yummyness. Delish as is :)
Wow 4.5 stars? Are you kidding me?? With the kind of reviews, the line of people inside the store and milling outside we were expecting some amazing frozen yogurt but what we got was just disappointing.
Yes, they have a lot of flavors and multiple sizes but that doesn't make up for the not so yummy yogurt (we tried original and pom tonight). Worst part? YUCKY FRUITS!!! I tried 3 types of fruit- strawberry, blueberry and mango tonight (at a charge of an additional $1.25) and ALL WERE SOUR!! I even had huge fibrous pieces of mango in my yogurt which (according to my fruit expert) means they took frozen mango and cut it.
Girl that worked there did not look happy to be there at all and when she gave us two samples of original tart yogurt (one was white and the other was pink) and yet insisted they were both original flavor...uh ok...
$7.90 for 2 of the smallest yogurts AND toppings for both- way over priced. OVER IT!
I am giving this place 5 stars because:
you can mix and match ice cream, sorbetto, and gelato with frozen yogurt for no extra charge.
customer loyalty cards
They have some of the BEST customized, finest tasting ice cream I have ever tasted. Think of Baskin Robbins and Ben & Jerry's on crack...
The frozen yogurt here is clean, smooth, creamy, and very flavorful. They encapsulate the EXACT flavor of the frozen yogurt and nothing tastes artificial.
For the most part customer service is consistently good
I like to get the lemon sorbetto with vanilla frozen yogurt
or the tin roof sundae with irish mint frozen yogurt
or the mint cookie crunch ice cream with irish mint frozen yogurt
or the mint chocolate chip ice cream with swirl frozen yogurt
The mango ice cream is really creamy
The chocolate fantasy has too much chocolate I dare say...
The negatives:
It is pricey for the amount you get but the fact that you can mix and match for no extra charge makes up for it.
Another con is that it gets hot and stuffy inside because it is sooo small they leave the doors open so the line doesn't get cramped inside and then you end up sweating on a hot day waiting in line for frozen yogurt. Similar to the line for Pinkberry. BUT it is also very much worth the wait!
The parking is bad. They only have 3 parking spots reserved for this joint. Willow Glen does get a lot of foot traffic but they should still have some more reserved spots. I always end up parking on the street or at Willow Street pizzeria's lot.
I'm always in this area because of church and school so I go here often. However if I wanted more variety of frozen yogurt I would go to Yogurt Works.. You get more bang for your buck at Yogurt works too and it is self serve...
Well, they're not super great with their natural frozen yogurt selection, however the remaining options are equally delectable. I have probably visited this particular location about 4 times this past month and will continue to visit; we always tend to get the same parking spot (somewhat limited parking). They offer consistently fresh toppings (raspberries and cookie dough combo = ^__^). I also tend to stick with their chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream (which you should ALL try at some point in your visit).
I just have one comparable criticism: if you want to get high-quality natural frozen yogurt, save your experience for 'Cantaloop' in l.a. (Hollywood). Nice environment, just like Willow Glen's venue, and kid- friendly too. All in all, you should visit WG's Frozen Yogurt Company and get your share of ice cream and yogurt at a great price (which reminds me, they only accept cash...o__O)!
PARKING SUCKS HERE!
Well, white people frozen yogurt :P. It's amazing, if you get the custard. It's creamy, delicious and the toppings go well with it regardless of what you get. Go get this from them on a hot day and you'll definitely appreciate it. Or a cold day. It doesn't really matter. Their sizes are huge for the medium and up sizes so watch out for what you're getting. Get toppings. They're worth the extra you pay.
This place is awesome! They have excellent customer service!! And cheap froyo AND ice cream!!!
First off, it is not a self served froyo place. You tell them what you want and they'll put it together for you in the ounce that you select. They give you your moneys' worth of toppings. My friend got the vanilla yogurt and they stuffed the toppings in that 9oz container. Another thing, I like how the worker put the fruits on the yogurt..she didn't just throw it on there, she took the time to place it nicely in the yogurt so it doesn't fall out.
I got the homemade ice cream which was delicious! I had the coffee almond fudge in a small waffle cone for a mere $2.75 yum! The small cone was more than enough for me. It was plenty of ice cream =D
Even though the line is long when you get there, the wait is less than ten minutes. The workers here are very fast even with the 13+ people in line. I was very impressed at how quickly I got my ice cream even with about 10 people in front of me.
One of the best froyo/ice cream places I've been to with impressive customer service.
After having a delicious dinner at New Indian Cuisine, the four of us walked down Willow St. and over to Willow Glen Frozen Yogurt Co. Actually, we were hoping it was $1 scoop Tuesdays at Baskin Robbins, but that promotion has ended? Oh well - WGFY Co. is only a couple of steps away!
They have a little bit of everything - the infamous frozen custard, ice cream, frozen yogurt and Wow Cow frozen yogurt. Their frozen yogurt claims to have 28 calories/oz, but the Wow Cow frozen yogurts only had an unbelievable 9 calories/oz! I know, calories shmalories, but I'm going on a cruise pretty soon and you bet I'll make up for whatever calories I've been missing out on!
I sampled the Wow Cow mocha fudge. Now, I'm not going to lie and say that you couldn't tell the difference between regular frozen yogurt and Wow Cow, because obviously there is. Although Wow Cow was a bit icier than frozen yogurt, it still had good flavor and it was just what I needed to satisfy my everlasting sweet tooth for the night.
My sis opted for the philly cheesecake frozen yogurt, and OMG it was so good! Really creamy and tasted just like cheesecake!
Toppings were extra charge, and seemed expensive (1.25 for fruit and syrup toppings, 85 cents for dry toppings) and I'm not sure if you have to pay for each topping or what.
Extra points for having those little plastic chairs that you buy at the Flea Market for small children to sit on! So cute! It really adds to the family environment of Willow Glen.
I'll have to come back and try the frozen custard!
It's been a long time since I've been to a place that makes homemade ice cream. Complete with the small town feel and flavor, the outside seating is decorated with lawn chairs and umbrellas. For memento's sake Willow Glen Frozen Yogurt gets 4 stars. This place has it all. Almost all (except gelato): ice cream, fro yo, frozen custard, soft serve yogurt, lots of fresh and dry toppings. Prices were exceptionally reasonable. Feeling a bit guilty for indulging, the lady who handed me the 3 samples made me feel like customers regularly do this.
Supposedly this place get so busy the lines are out the door and finds itself onto the sidewalk. There's a Baskin Robbins in back of this store, and the only reason Baskin Robbins stays in business is because when customers don't want to wait in line, they'll opt for to go there.
I loved the yogurt here! It appears the tastemakers managed to strike a delicate balance between sublime and sinful: it was pleasantly sweet, but not heavy in the least. Goldilocks and Aristotle would be proud.
They post calories per ounce on the menu for the more fat-fearful froyo aficionados among ye.
The atmosphere is very homey and family friendly, and service is off the charts in friendliness. Foot traffic gets overwhelming sometimes, but it's not really a problem after rush hour (that is, right after mealtimes)
Wow!!! French Apple!! I always come here when I in town, but I was blown away on how good the Ice cream really is. I was on my way home from a BBQ, and decided to get dessert. The line was long and I had to wait, but it always seems to go by fast when your are looking over the menu and enjoying the ambiance. They are always friendly and very efficient. They always smile and help you out if you have any questions. I ordered my usual Frozen Vanilla Custard and Macapuno. But the one flavor that blew me away was the "French Apple". I mean it really taste like an Apple pie a la' Mode when you close your eyes and taste it. They have Apple bits and Caramel swirls. They also crumbs of pie bits? I always get 2 Macapunos for the ride home and they stayed frozen the whole way home, at least till we got to the Hotel in Santa Clara. Will be looking forward to try something with Chocolate next time.

I love this place.
WGFYC has that 1960s coolness to it. Like Marty McFly cool.
Service is really friendly and no one minds standing in line for a few minutes to select their WGFYC's many sweet offerings: handmade ice cream, vanilla custard, or yes, the shakes.
There is a tantalizing assortment of toppings . . . cookie dough, Andes mints, sprinkles, hot fudge, etc. Literal eye candy.
I ordered the 12 oz. famous vanilla custard to share with the hubs. The server hooked it up PHAT. He piled it sky high and loaded it up with 2 layers of Andes mints. OMG, thank you, dear custard server. We love you.
He also hole-punched a Buy 12, Get One Free frequent card for my next visit.
SWEEEEEEEEEET (pun intended).
I am so moving to Willow Glen.
Are you kidding me, San Jose? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! THIS is what you consider a yogurt joint?
God, don't even--just, don't even. I can think, off the top of my head, of 10 places in Southern CA that would slaughter this place. And a few in Northern CA too, that are getting there and at least trying a helluva lot harder.
But THIS place. I am actually offended that it calls itself a yogurt company, much less how it seems to think it's the cream of the crop up here. I'm too upset at the perversion of all things yogurt-shop going on there to list what exactly is wrong. For now, I just say: everything.
I found a yogurt joint in Santa Clara that ground this place into the dirt; I can't recall their name right now, but it was smack-dab in with a bunch of other Korean-owned businesses--go there, and never look back!
EDIT: Another awesome yelp-er confirmed it for me--Yogurt Works in Santa Clara is what I mean! Check 'em out!
Tart Frozen Yogurt, SJ Treat Ice Cream, Toppings and a Big Smile
I heart WGFYC! This is one of my favorite places to get tart yogurt with pomegranate seeds or berries. It's on the creamier side yet still has that nice tang to it. The fruit is all fresh from Trader Joe's and they put half in the middle and half on top (choose two fruits for more fun). The locally made San Jose Treat brand ice cream is also so much better than BR or CS. Coming in the evening and parking down the street combines a nice walk down Lincoln Avenue for the dog (wear a hat & gloves) with a treat for all. The staff is all very friendly full of smiles and courteous even with a line out the door.
Dog Friendly - Four paws for heat lamp seating (kids tables as well) outside and adjacent to a nice stroll for a great evening outing with the pooch.
nom nom nom, I love this place just wish they had more wow cow options. mmm so creamy and yummy the custard rocks, shakes are some of the best I have ever had. Of course the frozen yogurt is super good. They even have good customer service.
We had the frozen custard and WOW!!! Yummy!!!
Another plus is that they fill the toppings midway and on the top of the fro yo. The prices are good and we will be coming back!
I noticed it is a small parking lot, but we were lucky to find a parking spot.
The mgr came out and even apologized for the view of the overfilled trash. He promptly took the trash out, hence giving us a nice view. I didn't even notice until he mentioned it. He even went out of his way to ensure that we were satisfied.
We'll be back!
