Someone backed into my Yellow 350Z Roadster, caving in a large portion of the front end. For some reason, people don't notice a bright yellow car, because clearly asphalt is also yellow. That's the only explanation I have for this repeatedly happening.
Nevertheless, Williams Autobody & Paint was recommended on the various 350Z forums, so I took it in for them to do their magic.
Took a while to complete, but the car looked flawless when I got it back. Paint was matched perfectly. That's always a concern of mine, since that particular shade of yellow was only available for one year to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Z and is quite unique.
Since the 2005 fender wasn't available, rather than just putting on an aftermarket one, they managed to procure a 2006 fender which actually looks a bit better. I was happy about that, most of the aftermarket panels aren't the best, and I don't want to be mistaken for a ricer.
As a nice bonus, the shop was also pretty responsive when I called to check on my car.
Great shop! If you're on the peninsula, I'd check it out. -

I'ts been so long, I even forgot who recommended this place to me. Either way, it worked out very well on so many occasions. I live in san jose, but any body work, I don't mind driving here at all. He took care of my M5, my Acura. I've also seen some great performance body work on many sports cars, when I'm there. I'm glad this is one of the good decisions I made. This place is a keeper.

i am very impressed with the quality of work at williams auto body. my car needed a front bumper repair and right/left fender repair. the work was immaculate and the paint match was spot on. the car was also ready when promised. william is the owner and is the only one controlling the paint gun. he also does custom and aftermarket body work. he came highly recommended on a 350z forum and i'm grateful for the referral. if you love your car, finding a good auto body is almost as important as finding a good primary care physician...lol.
