BADASS

Im not that kook who shops a lot, but when I was in Valley Fair this store caught my attention. Definitely stands out from the other stores in the mall. A premium denim store, which im a fan of, that has a simple design inside. The atmosphere was real ku, the peeps were really helpful and i was a big fan of the music they were play'n.  The ol-lady and I ended up get'n a pair of denim each. all in all it was a ku shop'n experience.

chee-whooo!!!

If you are a woman! I am not saying a full figured woman, or a plump woman, I am saying a WO-MAN! meaning small waist, a little junk in the trunk and some legs, some cleavage, like me. (not overweight= I run daily, pilates, kick boxing, and played soccer all my life)... This is NOT YOUR BRAND!!

I bought a pair of William Rast jeans (about $200)... ummm... yah! So I do buy designer jeans, nothing new, but I recently learned that Justin Timberlake is involved with this line (maybe that is why it is so expensive). I think maybe Justin may also be the sample size they use for the designs. I mean seriously, these jeans are made for a man's body or maybe that of an 11 year old girl!! These jeans are cut so unforgivingly, not meant for a woman's body, not meant for A BODY period. If you are a boy and you want a pair of woman's jeans- then go to William Rast. (waist and hips are the same width, not flattering for women).

Oh yah- also the color bleeds, yes I had blue dye on my hands... gross! CHEAP! and over priced. So One star because I was a SUCKER and purchased them- but beware just because a celeb is "involved" (whatever that means= 'branding') does not mean the product rocks. Do yourself a favor and pass by this store and get a brand that truly flatters your feminine frame!

Can Justin Timberlake bring sexy back to SJ? Well, he's definitely trying by opening a William Rast store at Valley Fair. For those of you who don't know, WR is JT's denim line, but don't let that deter you if you're not a fan of the guy. It's one of only two full-priced retail shops (the other one is in Century City), and it just opened two weeks ago.

The store is laid out for easy shopping. Ladies are on the right, and mens are on the wrong, I mean, left. Jeans are displayed from skinniest to widest with various washes. There's something for every body type. My favorites are the Jerri ultra skinny and Sadie straight leg in the Dark Betty wash. The Jerri is like a second skin jean, and the denim is super soft. I also love the jackets here. Most of them have a rocker-chic or military style, which looks super hot paired with one of their flowy silk tanks and a pair of skinny jeans.

You'll get personalized service here (if they're not super busy), which is great because they're happy to show you every style they think will look good on you without you having to step out of the fitting room. It's pretty smart on their part, because they'll bring you something you might not have thought to pick out yourself and you might just love it even more.

So, yes, I think maybe if everyone checks out this store and walks out with a hot purchase, we may just be able to bring sexy back to San Jose. Maybe.

This place opened sunday and is the 1 of 2 stores to open for the brand. The other one is located in Century City outdoor mall in LA. The place looks really stylish. Very modern contemporary with some sleek edge.

It's known because of Justin Timberlake but don't let names, famous people, or the outside fool you because the clothes look really nice.

I came in to try some clothes and hopefully fall in love but didn't Nonetheless I tried on some of their leather goods and a pair of jeans. The jackets seem like good quality and look very fashionable but the fits on them looked awkward on me. All the outerwear I tried on had price tags of $500+. To be honest I opted out because I could get good quality and more stylish pieces at G-Star Raw for half if not less than half the price of William Rast. I also tried on some wax coated jeans. They looked great and the price was definitely affordable at $200 since it's the norm for premium denim, but I didn't have that in love feeling having them on.

Service here was good for me but the sweetie would think otherwise since she wasn't greeted or talked to until she started touching merchandise. Maybe it's cause she was wearing a bright blue sweater? We'll never know. The girl who helped us with our fitting room was very attentive as there was noone else in the store and offered other styles.

All in all it seems like a great store, I just hope I can find a great pair of jeans in the future.
