I love this place! Not only is the instruction first class and the staff enthusiastic, but they do a great job of involving parents and creating a community atmosphere. And they work with kids of all ages.
And if you like competitions they are very active within the larger Tae Kwon Do community, even offering training trips to Korea.
I've been involved with martial arts for many years, and have yet to see a better school. More importantly, my kid (age 9) loves it! -

Brought my 8 yr old here a year ago for a physical activity and to learn something new. We are really happy here - the instructors are adults - not teenagers or college kids - and they are terrific! The staff is wonderful - and the kids really enjoy themselves in class. My daughter is gaining a lot of self confidence and strength and she just loves going to their tournaments and winning medals and trophies (ok, everyone wins - but she still loves it!). Great place - check them out!
Specialties
We specialize in the Olympic Sport of Taekwondo for all ages. We offer much more than self-defense. Our classes will develop life skills such as Discipline, Respect, Focus, Confidence, Practical street self defense, Fitness, Weight Control and much more. We have been in Vallejo for 30 years and we are equipped with over 12,000 sq. feet of the State of the Art Facility. Adult Ultimate Gym is currently under construction. Established in 1980
Grandmaster William Kim started teaching in Vallejo, Ca in 1980 and have since helped thousands of students to lead a more constructive life through Taewkondo training.
Meet the Business Owner: William K.
Grandmaster William Kim started Taekwondo at the age of 6 in Korea. He has earned many titles in both forms and sparring, including AAU National Bantam weight Champion, Pan American Champion, Voted Instructor of Year many times and recently inducted into the Taekwondo Hall of Fame.
