Nothing bad can be said about this place! I came in with a ring in mind to propose with and they helped me take it to the next level. Great customer service, quick turnaround and prices that beat everywhere else I went. Honestly, I have no complaints and send everyone I know shopping here. Thanks to them!

My fiancé and I stopped in here one day just to look for a mens wedding band. We chatted with the guy and he let us look and gave us some information on the rings. It was the best experience since there was no pressure. We wanted to take our time and think about it. This is exactly how they made us feel.
We looked around online and even though we found cheaper bands, we felt more comfortable seeing and buying in person. We decided to go back here since it was so relaxed.
The same guy Ben helped us and still NO PRESSURE. We were looking for something particular and they were able to make the changes to the ring for us.
Everything was done within 2 weeks! I was truly impressed with the service, but most of all the no pressure to buy anything. -

Nothing but the best things to say about William Harold Jewelers. They have beautiful, unique pieces and everyone who works there has just been amazing. My husband has surprised me with a couple pieces from William Harold and they have done a perfect job helping him! He loves them too!

This a wonderful, family-owned jeweler. Everyone there is so helpful and wonderful. My husband got my beautiful engagement ring here. After he told me how wonderful they were about helping him find the perfect ring, we decided to get our wedding bands there as well. Since then, this has become our family jewelry store. I got gifts for our wedding party here, taken my own jewelry here for cleaning and repairs and my husband has since given me some lovely pieces as gifts for other occasions.

After reading the reviews on Yelp, my boyfriend and I came here as our first stop for engagement rings. We were warmly welcomed by Donna, who brought out rings for us in our price range and gave us some great advice. I'm not used to buying or wearing jewelry of any kind, but she gave us a lot of assurance and also helped us figure out a better idea of what exactly we were looking for.
My only complaint is that there is not a huge selection. However, the jewelry in there is very unique and beautiful and the selection changes very rapidly as they are always getting in new merchandise. And the personal and excellent shopping experience more than makes up for the small selection.
Donna only works on Fridays, however, everyone who has helped me (I've gone on more than one occasion...I'm still shopping!) has been very helpful, attentive to the parameters of what I want, and has offered creative suggestions. I don't know if I will find the "right" ring here, but I really hope I do because I would love to do business with this place. -

When I was starting to look for an Engagement Ring, I walked by William Harold Jewelers by chance. From the outside the store looks a bit old fashion, but they have some really interesting Jewelry for a broad reach of taste.
The staff and especially the family who runs this business the 1960th know a lot about jewelry and gave me great advise.
I shopped around for some other offers, but came to the conclusion that the ring they offered me was the best Bing for the buck (I even checked online diamond dealers).
When I came back, I had the idea to go with a bit bigger stone and Tim Harold Jr (who I can really recommend), made a few calls and the next day they assembled me my perfect ring. Since then we came back and bought our wedding rings. A few days ago, I went back to look at their watch selection. A bit over my budget, but one day I will come back to buy my favorite watch. -

My engagement ring and my wedding ring needed to be sized, so after seeing the reviews on Yelp, I came here. They were super friendly and told me that only my engagement ring could be sized, not my wedding ring due to the intricacy of the diamonds. I really appreciate that because, I wouldn't have liked it if they did size my wedding band and all the diamonds fall out because of the setting. So in the end, just the engagement ring got sized. It took about a week. I just got it back and it looks bigger than I remembered and it fits perfectly. I asked if they could put a new ring guard on my wedding band and they cleaned it and gave me a new one, NO CHARGE! They also hooked me up with some jewelry cloth cleaners to help make my jewelry shine for my wedding this weekend. This place understands jewelry and makes it worth while to come here. If I need any jewelry repairs or jewelry in general, I'm coming back here. Both my rings are snug and I'm a happy bride!!!

The truth is, when I knew that i had found the person I wanted to spend the rest of my life with, I didn't have to worry about where I was going to buy the engagement ring. I went to one place to find my perfect ring and that place was with Tim Harold @ William Harold Jewelers. I had bought one other vintage watch from him years ago and have since developed a friendship that is mutually encouraging. Both Tim and Ben are trustworthy people who genuinely love playing a small role in your celebration.
If you are looking to get engaged, buy a nice watch, or appreciate someone for whatever reason... go see my friends Tim and Ben at William Harold Jewelers. They are the best. -

William Harold is a friendly, reputable jeweler with a great selection of vintage/estate pieces. This was the site of ultimate success in the vintage engagement ring search, and we are really happy with the decision. We were especially impressed by the knowledgeable, patient service that we received, and of course also the selection of rings. It was a very relaxed, helpful atmosphere and a comfortable one for making a very important decision. Whatever your budget, if you are looking for a beautiful vintage ring, I recommend stopping by William Harold.

William Harold Jewelers is an amazing shopping experience and they have a wonderful selection of new and estate jewelry. When I am looking for a special gift for my wife, I go straight to WHJ. For Christmas last year I bought the most beautiful victorian broach from their estate selection. And their customer service is very personal. Also... I just found out they have an online store too! Ben and the rest of the team at William Harold's Jewelers have been wonderful in the process of buying and caring for my engagement ring. When my fiance started to look at rings we stopped by Harold's because they have provided my family with quality work and knowledgeable service over the years. Plus, it didn't hurt that they always have beautiful new and estate pieces. When we went in to browse Ben got an idea of what we were looking for and then emailed my fiance with some ideas. We ended up buying a beautiful center stone during their July sale that was within our price range and Ben later found a mounting that was exactly what we were looking for. Everyone there was very knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. I would recommend this jeweler to all my friends and family.
