White Way Launderers Cleaners

When I've patronized other dry cleaning/alterations services I've gone in begrudgingly, expecting to be gouged. Not at White Way.

I went in on a Wednesday with two skirts made of unusual materials for dry cleaning and two dresses for alteration. One of the dresses was a formal dress made out of an exceptionally delicate material and the work had to be done by hand. By the early afternoon on Friday all four items were finished and the alterations were perfect--and the price was right! I had expected to pay at least $40 and paid just over half that.

My wife brought her white victorias secret coat to be cleaned 2 months ago at the Huntington,West Virginia location and it was stained beyond repair by an ink pen that was left in another persons garment that was not checked. She has been trying to get a hold of the owner who is the only one that can give her the money for the value of the coat, but has been getting the runaround that the owner is never there. I'm not impressed with the level of customer service by white way's owner and it may take legal action to get my wife's refund.
