This mall is pretty good for the area. Not as big as Towson Town Center, but definitely much better than East Point Mall. The food court has a decent selection of food, but you should get your drinks from G'Lato D'Italia because they are large and only $1 including tax.
You have your basic mall stores like Forever 21, JC Penneys, Macys, Aeropostale, Hollister, American Eagle and about 5 fine jewelry stores and of course a Starbucks.
I would stay away on Friday and Saturday nights because that's when all the teeny boppers like to swarm the mall and it can get pretty hectic. -

This place is like Columbia Mall, pretty crowded due to the Holidays.

Decent mall, many large name department stores are located here. The food court is cool with it's merry-go-round. The place look's as if it could benefit from a remodel , there is still neon in the food court....
The design is pretty cool for a multi-level location. However there is many store's I shop at which are absent here making this mall a last choice for my self, but likely good for many other people. -

I love white marsh mall when its not a Saturday or Friday night. Or Christmas. It's better parking than Towson town.

Slowly getting worse, mainly because of demographic of area, city spread.
Still has some good stores in it, nice to have so close, but go to Towson for the better selection. -

Not bad...
It's relatively well-maintained and clean. If the weather isn't ideal for shopping at The Avenue, you have an alternative - the White Marsh Mall. This is a decent place, in both size and selection.
There's plenty of parking around the entire mall. -

The sales associates are very helpful and caring. I always shop at this store and receive discounts by the cashiers.

Scary and loud, but at least no hipsters!

The mall is nice and has almost all of the stores filled, and hey there's even a Suncoast!
However, this review is for the MAC counter inside of the Macy's. I usually prefer the MAC store, but the ladies at this counter are impossibly nice and will always give you the time of day. I got my makeup done there for my 24th birthday, and the lady who's name I sadly can not remember did a *fantastic* job. She was funny, friendly, and we had a great time. I spent more then I meant too, but it was totally and completely worth it. -

Really a nice mall. Great food court with a huge selection. Department stores, Aldo...it's clean.. I dig it.

This is an old-school simple mall that's still done right. The stores represent a little of everything. There's a good-sized food court. (Most of the full-sized restaurants are across the street at The Avenue.) A carousel (!) is located in the food court, and there's a fountain on the ground floor. (The fountain is weak, but water features are always nice.) There's loads of parking and friendly people working and shopping in the mall.

If you like bird watching (loons) and people watching (teen moms) then you'll love white marsh mall. It's your 10 stop shop for tween clothing and the grown women trying to squeez into them. Watch out for the strollers!

White Marsh is by far my favorite mall in Baltimore (I even almost broke my "malls get three stars, tops" rule and gave it a four).
Why? It's what you need, want and expect from a mall. An assemblage of certain national stores all in one place. Name five "mall stores" and I bet all five on your list are here: Sears, Penny's, Macy's, Spencer's, Hallmark, a nice food court with a carousel...you get the picture. Parking is AMPLE...I mean they didn't even bother to finish painting parking lines there is such an overabundance of parking. You can get in and out where you need to go without much hassle.
It has two major drawbacks: First is that there a couple of places where the major path of travel narrows and stairs, railings, maps, signs and vending machines all crowd in. It happens upstairs, in front of the anchor stores that aren't on the far ends. This creates such a bottleneck, and also becomes a place where people like to hang out and dilly-dally. I guess there was some notion that this would force people to take the path nearest the entrances to the anchor stores, but it's just a big failure of design.
The second is that there is a huge anchor store that is empty and abandoned. It's walled off from the inside, so you don't really notice, but from the outside it's creepy. Maybe they need to turn it into a Korean Village, like at Security Mall? Or, since that's been done, maybe some other Far Eastern culture. Maybe they could put that "Ground Zero Mosque" there. I bets that's far enough away from the WTC site to make everyone happy, right? -
