We booked our tee time on line, yet the clubhouse said we had not yet paid, and took our credit card. They then charged us a second time.
On our credit card the second $92.34 overcharge was billed as merchandise!
Be sure to check your credit card bill after golfing at this course!
When I wanted a refund, I was told they couldn't find the charge for 3 days. When I told him I would then turn it into my credit card as a disputed charge, the owner/General manager was finally able to find the overcharge, yet called me a Karen.
