Whataburger

Food is good indefinitely their burgers and their biscuits and gravy in the morning. Service was good. Local pictures from around the state of Texas on walls.

Food was hot the service was fast ordered a number 1 ,4 burger they were both warm fries were warm not cold like in Beaumont on college.

On a road trip with limited food options we ventured onto this establishment and have to say we are so glad we did! Even our little boy enjoyed his meal.

We had double cheeseburgers and they were delicious! Fries could have been warmer. We had two cookies that we ended up having to throw away, not good cookies! Place was clean and they gave us plenty of condiments. I would definitely recommend this location

Over the holiday I was regaling my extended family about an incident that happened at this location. My niece asked if I had left a review. Unfortunately Yelp didn't exist in 1994. We ordered a combination meal and asked to substitute onion rings instead of fries. When I looked at the receipt after eating I noticed they did not substitute, they charged full price for both. When I asked to be refunded for the fries that were not served the manager argued with us, stating we asked for the substitution. The inexperienced manager would not listen to reason. Voices were raised. The manager threatened to call the police if we did not leave, rather than returning the $1.50 or providing the small French fry.

I have a soft spot for food workers, no doubt. But. No reason why we should wait almost a half hour for a drive-thru order. We were late to our meeting because of this. Unbelievable.

The best burgers around! The service is fast and friendly! Five starts for this wonderful gem!

The waterburger on MacArthur is horrible the employees are rude and ignore you and not friendly at all especially the ones at the window . The one in orange texas 2300 MacArthur Dr, Orange, TX 77630. Last time I went there was 5am and thur or fri and big tall guy at the window was very rude and had poor customer service. Never will eat there again.

Location is perfect for a quick stop. Service is quick and kind. Burger and Shake were delicious. Definitely on my list to stop at for road trips.

Did a mobile order and the burger was perfect as always. The sweet tea satisfied my craving and the restaurant staff was friendly and quick. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and it was fun to check out all the sports memorabilia pictures.

Food tasted great! The fries were hot with the perfect amount of crunch. Our burgers and chicken sandwiches came out hot and just the way we ordered them. The restaurant was clean; however the bathrooms could have used some attention. Overall, a good Whataburger experience. We love Whataburger!
