About a year and a half ago my insurance company referred me here after an enormous tree branch did about $4000 worth of damage to my foreign car in a storm.
The tree fell directly on my sunroof/roof of the car. Not only did insurance recommend them, but the car dealer did as well. They were "luxury car specialists" sure ok.
What a mistake, we had to take the car back 3 times. Sunroof is still not the same and doesn't open and close smoothly or properly. Basically I gave up. The second time we took the car there, one of the employees stole the emblem off of my car right in the lot. this left a huge gash from the way they ripped it off the car. I walked up to my car and immediately noticed and said something. Their response was "are you sure it just didn't fall off on the drive here?" YEAH I am sure I didn't see a 2 inch gash on my black car. Are you kidding me? The employees here really don't care about anything. Once they get the insurance check you are done. Zero customer service, zero integrity. They don't even deserve one star. Horrendous.

Where do i start,,,,I drive an $80.000 BMW,i had a small wreck ,the dealer that i bought the car and my insurance (state farm)referred me to them,they are located behind the dealership,the accident was SO small the car only required bumper paint and rim touch up,but they managed to charge state farm around $12.000,wait I'm just getting started,my car was 2 weeks late delivered finally i got the car took an emergency trip to Detroit,when i got there i opened my trunk and i had no room to put my stuff because half of my engine compartment parts were still in my trunk,they managed to give me  my car back without reassembling it LOL,OK now lets move on,i call and tell them,they tell me to bring it back,the next week as I'm planning to bring it back I'm driving and suddenly the wheel snaps off and i fly onto incoming traffic hitting a curb busting the whole suspension,they never changed the broken control arm from the first accident,,OK i take the car back they file a second claim take an extra $5000 from state farm,i get the car back i leave the state the dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree,i bring the car back last week to fix it again its Tuesday today Ive left 15 messages so far and i have not even gotten a reply yet,so my car is being held hostage lol(STAY AWAY)
