This is a solid course to practice or walk. The green fees are very reasonable and the holes are short/fairly straight. It is a pretty flat course with no elevation to speak of. The pace of play has always been pretty good when I've played -- I can walk 18 in about 4 hours.
The only reason for the 3 stars is due to the lack of maintenance - the greens are good here on some days, but on other days they can get really bad. You get what you pay for and overall it's a good value for money if you're just looking to practice.
I only go here to practice during lunch. This is a short course, playing to a par 67. A good place for beginners to go play. I'll hit a bucket of range balls here at lunch. Course is easy to walk. So easy, that I think it is silly to take a cart.
