I have been going to Westborough Chiropractic for years. In fact, it was my very first experience of chiropractic care, when I first threw out my back about 15 years ago. I have gone to other chiropractors, they were good. But I keep returning to Westborough because Dr. Dave and his staff are always helpful. And, most important ready to help a person relieve the back pain they have. The staff will even take walk ins or short-notice appointments, especially if one is in pain.
I read the one review that was posted about Dr. Dave.
I understand what she is saying. Yes, sometimes there is a lot of information given and lots of presentation.
But I am sure at the other chiropractor she went to, there were forms to fill out and a presentation of information for her to review.
This is standard not only for chiropractors but for primary care doctors too. Also, in this day and age of information technology and insurance issues, forms etc. it is part of the routine.
Any good chiropractor or doctor as well as therapist will always spend time with a patient/client explaining the process and what they offer. Also I think it is really important for a patient/client to listen to the information and follow the good advice on health they offer. For it is every person's responsibility to take care of their health. Doctors/Chiropractors etc. can only help, the rest is up to the patient/client. Within Dr. Ressler's office, one can schedule a therapeutic massage. Dorothy Camat, CMT was introduced to me through Dr. Ressler. She gave me a wonderful shoulder massage and I later booked a full body 30 minute session. She is very strong, uses relaxing oils and soothing music to gently zone me out. History
Established in 1979
Westborough Chiropractic first opened it's doors to patients on October 31, 1979. At that time, there was only one chiropractic assistant. In June of 1987, the number of patients being helped by our staff placed us in the top 1% of all chiropractic practices in the world!
On April 1, 1998, Dr. Ressler took over as owner and clinical director. He has very high goals, and continues to strives at maintaining that pinnacle of success for Westborough Chiropractic.

Dr. David Ressler is the Clinic Director of Westborough Chiropractic. His professional affiliations include membership in the American Chiropractic Association, California Chiropractic Association and the San Mateo County Chiropractic Society.
Dr. Ressler graduated from the Palmer College of Chiropractic-West in January, 1989. He has worked for Westborough Chiropractic since April 1990, and has been instrumental to securing working relationships with Medical Doctors and Orthopedist in the community. Dr. Ressler is certified, and has hospital privileges at the San Francisco Surgical Center for performing manipulation under anesthesia, and has testified as an expert on many injury cases.
