I am delighted to write a positive experience review for West Town Physical Therapy, where I received exceptional care and attention during my recent recovery journey for my hip and shoulder.

Firstly, I must mention my physical therapist, Shelby, who was amazing throughout the process. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind, taking the time to explain everything to me in detail and ensuring that I understood each step of my treatment plan. Shelby was also very attentive to my needs, and I appreciated the personalized approach she took to my recovery journey. Thanks to her guidance and expertise, I was able to make significant progress and achieve my recovery goals in a much shorter time than I had anticipated.

Additionally, Helena from the office and scheduling was also fantastic. She was always available to answer any questions I had and was extremely accommodating when it came to scheduling appointments that worked with my busy schedule. Her friendly demeanor and helpfulness made each visit to the clinic a pleasure.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at West Town Physical Therapy, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Shelby and Helena went above and beyond to ensure that my recovery journey was a success, and for that, I am incredibly grateful. Anyone looking for a top-notch physical therapy clinic in the area should definitely check out West Town Physical Therapy - you won't be disappointed!

I had a fantastic experience with Erin Lenihan. I had pelvic floor dysfunction from endometriosis that was worsened from child birth injuries. I felt very defeated and wasn't sure if it could be fixed. Erin expertly diagnosed the layers of issues and created a solid plan to fix it. I saw her weekly for 4 months and by the end, my pelvic floor was completely healed. In fact, it's the healthiest and most functional it's ever been! Along the way, Erin was compassionate, educational, and kind. She is a true joy to work with and I fully trust her. I am overwhelmed with gratitude that she expertly guided me to a pain-free state. I highly recommend West Town Physical Therapy. Erin L and Bianca are both truly excellent.

Shelby is great at assessing symptoms and providing information in a manner that is both digestible and actionable. I truly appreciate her style as a PT and will not go anywhere else! She's helped me figure out the root cause of my back issues, and now my shoulder pain as well. Although being injured sucks, I look forward to our sessions because she's so fun and I learn so much from her. Stuff that has longevity. Also, the space here is so nice and clean - better than other places.

I worked with Shelby, Rachel and Erin S at West Town Physical Therapy 2x a week for 10 months, and I give them 5 stars for leading me to recovery. I had sciatica and lower back pain, and they identified muscles that needed strengthening and exercises to build up better support and remove the pain. A year after my first visit, I am pain-free, stronger than I was prior to the onset of symptoms, have much-improved posture, and thanks to this amazing crew of PTs, I know how to maintain all this. Their office system and efficiency make attending PT easy and they are also super nice and encouraging - making PT visits very enjoyable. Top marks for WTPT!

I am so glad I decided to go to West Town Physical Therapy for recovery from a patellar dislocation and MPFL injury. I (barely) walked in for my first appointment extremely unsure of the road ahead of me, and Rachel proved to be a very integral part in my return to activity. She was always happy to provide her professional guidance any time I had any questions or concerns and was always very attentive to any feedback I would provide prior to each session. She would regularly take any feedback and incorporate it into my sessions which really helped zero in on any issues I had along the way as a result of my injury.

Over the duration of five and a half months, her personalized program, which was very specific to my needs, helped me go from being locked in a full leg brace with very limited range of motion, regain strength and balance, transition into plyometrics, and prepare me to meet my goal of returning to my lifelong passions of cycling and snowboarding. I always looked forward to my sessions in the fun and encouraging environment and learned so much that I would have never figured out otherwise. I will always recommend West Town Physical Therapy to anyone.

I've been going to West Town Physical Therapy for the last 3 weeks since I fractured my arm in November. My breaks have healed but I had no range of movement. Stephanie has mainly worked with me and I feel I'm about 3 weeks away from being 100%. Stephanie is a true professional and has me already washing my hair, brushing my teeth, starting my car and raising my arm within a three week time frame.. I couldn't do any of these movements since November..
I couldn't be happier or feeling better.,
I also worked with Racheal and Erin, both were equally helpful in my quick recovery so far..
I can't say enough about the team at West Town Physical Therapy..
True professionals in a convenient location..
      Thanks Stephanie..

After minor knee surgery, I was lucky enough to work with the team at West Town PT. They were knowledgeable about how far to push me and encouraged me to develop the strength in the foundational muscle groups.

Sessions start with a stretching/massage and then we work through a series of exercises, that increase in difficulty over time.

West Town PT is hands down the best. I worked with the team after I got hit by a car (bummer) and had to get a series of knee surgeries. They immediately got me started on strengthening my leg and preparing me for the surgeries so that my recovery would be more smooth. Two weeks after my first surgery, my doctor even said that my range of motion was way better than expected (humble brag) and that a lot of it was due to the preparation I did at PT.

I worked with Rachel there for just over a year and she is an absolute rockstar and knows so much about limbs and joints and all that jazz - I trusted her completely with my recovery and she tailored each session to my unique needs and the level of activity I wanted to get back to. My ultimate goal was to get back to running and just about a year after my first visit, I was able to get back to it - and improved my form while I was at it. Rachel really changed the way I approach my fitness and strength and got me back to activities I love. She also was a great support system throughout a challenging year.

Additionally, the customer service is great. It's really easy to schedule appointments or change them if needed. Helena is an A+ gal and will hook you up with what you need - especially when it comes to insurance which is great because insurance is confusing.

Lastly, the space is conveniently located on Ashland - close to public transportation. It's also not too big, so you don't have to worry about being close to too many bodies and get a nice personalized experience.

In conclusion, West Town PT is amazing and I highly recommend!

West Town PT is excellent. I've worked with them pre and post shoulder surgery and they're fantastic. I've been to Athletico for other injuries but this place was recommended by a friend - West Town PT is far superior. Their in-person and remote options couldn't be easier or more convenient. It's really great!

Erin is an awesome physical therapist. She is very receptive to the patient's ailments and helps design the best protocol for a speedy recovery. Been working with her since July '18 and the best part about going here is the one on one attention. Erin spends a great deal of time working with me, both onsite and off, answering any questions I have and providing the best exercise regimen for continued strengthening and recovery.

West Town PT team (Erin, Shelby and Thomas) genuinely seems to enjoy working together. People laugh, collaborate, and ask each other questions. In all my experience doing PT, I haven't seen a group of people so passionate about their work and engaged with their patients. I would highly recommend this place.
