The "Lady K" and I have a ski lease down the street from West Side Pizza and its taken us months to place an order for some 'zza. I'm glad we did and I cant believe we took this long to enjoy the local flavor!
We ordered a large Hawaiian which we picked up and brought back to the cabin. Hot and delicious this pizza was! Lots of ham and pineapple. Great crust! Great service.
Next time, we'll eat in and grab a beer as well! Enjoy!
Too bad there is nothing less than zero. I live locally and tried "pisanos" a year or so ago. Solid pizza. Called today, number had changed, that should have been a clue. Called the new number, they are now Westside pizza they say, new location, same owners...they say.
figured that's a good sign, take the Fam out for dinner....BIG MISTAKE. The pizza comes and it looks like it came out of the frozen section of your local market....Upon closer inspection we notice the tell tale signs of frozen pizza dough, the uniform dimples on the crust are a dead give away....Are you kidding me.....Don't waste your time or hard earned money.....Any pizza place that serves frozen dough is a JOKE!
This is my favorite pizza spot ever! They theme the place on classic bicycles. Very friendly staff. They have mexican food for lunch, amazing taco's. My favorite is the bruschetta and wings. The pizza is the best I've had and I'm from San Francisco. It can be a wait sometimes but everything is made fresh so its well worth it. They also have free internet, pool table, large flat screens, tons of microbrews and wines, just a great spot
The pizza crust is not so good. The toppings fresh! The antipasto is the best ever! The salads a good meal. The extensive beer list-enticing. The pool tables and environment a fun gathering place for friends.
As a local, I was excited about this place moving in. Our first experience dining in was the waitress giving our table away right in front of us. Ridiculous. Our second experience eh. So I'm starving one day and decide to give it another try and order a small cheese pizza to go at 3pm, can't be that busy there. When I get it home I find the crust is burnt all around the edges. I cannot believe they would serve this pizza to anyone. Seriously, how busy can they be at 3pm, midweek in October that they can't get a small cheese pizza right. Never again.
