I fired this company after 2 visits.  

The first time the house needed a very thorough clean, but a lot of areas were missed.  

The second time they skimmed over the entire house in under 45 minutes, again missing a lot of things - cobwebs, dust, and more.  

The owner was unpleasant to deal with at all, at one point accusing me of saying something I simply had not said... even though I had a voicemail she had left on my phone proving otherwise... all very odd.  

Another downside, none of the cleaners spoke english, making it very hard to say what we wanted.  I would avoid using this company.

Wow! This team cleans better than a five-star hotel!
You know the little thing that high-end hotels do, to arrange the towels, fluff the pillows, and even do the little fold in the toilet paper? Well, that's what these folks have been doing for me for almost 10 years - flawlessly!
