The West Bros feed and tack shop really is run by brothers named West- there's truth in advertising for you! If you're an equestrian or simply feel the need to get some authentic cowboy boots in time for Stock Show, the West brothers can help you out- most of their merchandise is overpriced compared to what you'd shell out online, but the personal service, easily accessible location, and high quality is worth the extra few bucks.

Where this tack store really shines, though, is in the repair of saddles, bridles, and assorted leather equestrian items. I tore my full chaps right through in a bad accident while riding, and instead of plopping down over $100 for another pair, I got them fixed by hand for around $15. Similarly, when a client's horse flipped over while she was leading it wearing my borrowed bridle and broke the crown, the West Bros patched it quickly and most important, SAFELY for about $12. They can reflock saddles and even repair a broken tree.

People who really do their work by hand, in their shop, which they own, are a dying breed, even here in the Wild Wild West. Support them.
