Shopping for shoes and purses while nursing a mean hangover from the Yelp Prom makes you really hungry. Fortunately, there's a Wendy's right near the North Riverside Mall. Using the drive-thru, the order was quick and your regular Wendy's experience. The funniest thing about the drive thru was the window. The window was open a tiny crack to get the food and money through. The Wendy's experience was decent. The food was hot and satisfying. It definitely helped to lessen the effects of the hangover and kept me full.
This place almost ALWAYS screws up my order. How hard is it to hold the freaking mayonnaise? But even when they make it right, it isn't as good as other Wendy's, including the one on Harlem & Madison. Service is SLOW, even when the restaurant isn't exactly busy. I pretty much only go here when I can't figure out what else I might want to eat.
