Just a few things that make this worth it...
Post office with super cheapo fax and copies.
all kinds of yummy Asian treats and meals.
super cheap prices
plenty of parking.
Sometimes I have to wait a bit, though, but then I'd refer you to my previous review about Wal-Mart...so, gonna have to deal with that one way or the other, right? -

The groceries here are really cheap and I only go here for the following reasons
1. because of the post office that is located inside
2. I'm eating in the complex and I'm too lazy to drive elsewhere
3. Im too lazy to drive to ranch 99
4. It's on the side of the highway that doesnt make me uturn to get into it.
I've at at the quick take out food and it's ok. Once again only if I'm too lazy but it is an upgrade from cafe east around the corner.
A big plus is that the bakery inside used to be classic bakery which was right next store. I love classic bakery and was sad that it closed it's doors. -

Very convenient when you can't drive to Chinatown. They have a small bakery section inside and a deli? I'm not sure what to call them. But you can buy ready-made dishes there.

The convenience of an Asian supermarket NOT on Bellaire gives Wel-Farm a high rating to begin with. The produce is SO much cheaper than any other grocery store around. I have no idea how they keep their prices so low!
The variety is not as grand as Hong Kong Supermarket or Dynasty, but the place is overall pretty clean, and again, you can't beat the location if you're in Sugar Land. -

This is a standard Asian supermarket that is awesome because it's located in Sugarland versus Chinatown. Thank you for saving me the drive, Wel Farm! It doesn't have as extensive a selection as some of the supermarkets on Bellaire, but I'm confident that it'll meet 95% of most Asian grocery shoppers' needs. You might not have as many options in terms of brands, but that's a small price to pay for location convenience.
