This is absolutely my favorite boutique in the city. Its the perfect place to find unique accessories - jewelry, scarves, handbags - that no one else will have. They sell clothes from various smaller-name designers, some that are WAY pricey ($200 for a top) and some that are really really nice and well-constructed for around $30-50. For jeans they carry the higher-end brands like Seven and Chip & Pepper.
Definitely go on Fridays for the 20% off of one color sales (they almost always have 50% off items, esp last-of-its-style items). They have wine and cheese, but I think its kind of weird to get cheese all over your hands and then touch really nice clothes (not to mention the potential spilling of red wine).
Lastly, their employees are helpful but not annoying and pushy. They will be honest with you about what looks good and not try to shove their expensive items on you.
Sassy style to fit any budget. Go an a Friday you won't be disappointed! Free wine and cheese while you shop and they pick a color and everything in the store with that color in it is on sale! Good times- hawt clothes...what more could a girl ask for??
I'd been living in Burbank for a while and happened into Weekendz to satisfy my shopping jones on a rare day off. I was surprised by the inventory (quantity and style). The salesperson was patient, informative and honest. When she told me in all honesty that something didn't look well on me, she was gracious. She could have just sold it to me and said that it would have looked better with a "cute jacket" to cover my flaws. We've all been hustled by the sales person who've pushed unflattering goods just to get a sale. I've trusted the Weekendz sales person ever since. My work hours don't allow me to enjoy the wine & cheese events but honey, I'd be a bit more broke if I did. One negative, I bought a purse that feel apart at one seam. Again, because of my schedule, I couldn't get back there to return the item. It was the ONLY issue I've encountered.
This has been my favorite boutique in the Valley for years. I consistently adore the mix of high-end and affordable clothing, handbags, jewelry, and gifts -- and the best premium denim selection in the Valley, like, fer sure. Joy and the rest of the staff are great at finding things for me that I never would have picked out on my own, but as soon as I get them on in the dressing room I don't want to take them off. And they're honest if something doesn't look perfect. I love that, 'cause I trust that they want me to leave looking and feeling great, not just having bought something. Don't miss Friday "color" discounts and wine-and-cheese days, and the half-yearly 50%-off sales are epic.
I really liked this boutique. Found a pair of Jbrand jeans i really liked.. loved their handbags (had a lot of kooba) cute tops & dresses.
I'll definitely be coming back.
There is some seriously cute stuff here, but it's not over the top. I could definitely find at least one item for every single girl on my christmas list, and I am not talking gag gifts.
so go visit, bring friends! or, don't tell anyone else about it and just let them admire your cute new clothes.
I would recommend only shopping here on Fridays when they have the 20% off a certain color sale and edible offerings like wine and cheese.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. When they noticed me perusing around the store all confused one of the girls approached me and asked if she could help. I explained that I was looking for a small gift for a friend and she immediately began suggesting things and I was so impressed that the items she was suggesting were between $10-$20. She wasn't trying to get me to buy my friend a $74 make up bag she was being realistic and trying to get me to buy a cute necklace and maybe pair it with a scarf or some bangles. I approved.
I walked out of there with a creme colored foe cashmere scarf and a necklace for my friend having spent under $24.
They also have high end stuff and all the brand name jeans so there is definitely something in this store for every budget!
I agree with Stephy - this place is way hit or miss. You can find stunning bargains (see their jewelry/accessories & Tees) but then you'll see a cheap looking jacket & they're asking for half your rent money (ok maybe not your rent unless you're living up the street in North Hollywood).
The redeeming factor is the amazing, amazing sales. I believe its twice yearly they have a sale where everything is half off. When you go in, be sure to sign their mailing list so you'll find out ahead of time... I stupidly was out of town for the one a month ago. ARGH!
Cute stuff, often times a but pricey, BUT, when you do stumble across the occasional find there are great bargains to be had.
Every Friday they pick a color and it's half off, plus they serve edibles to lure you in (yeah, it worked).
Really great for wallets, pj's, belts, jewelry and accessories and they have great handbags that range from "YOU WANT HOW MUCH FOR THIS?!?!!?" to "OH MY GOSH, THIS IS ONLY HOW MUCH?!?!?"
Never know, but if you are doing the Riverside stroll and happen upon this little store, saunter on in and who knows, ya might just find that perfect A-line skirt and a pretty purse to match!
Definitely worth stopping in to check out their goods :)
I have been a Weekendz Only shopper for the past couple of years. I absolutely ADORE this boutique. I appreciate their combination of high end items mixed in with amazing bargains.
I've found so many unique affordable jewelry items for gifts.
Friday wine and cheese day is my favorite time to check out the latest finds as well as shop for the "Color of the Day" discount!. Joy and the entire staff are nothing short of amazing!

I went in a few years ago for the first time needing something to go with dress pants for a surprise party at a pub. I'm not very good at styling so they really hooked me up. At the time I was working for Disney & got a discount for working near by!
I got a great jacket, cashmere-like scarf, a handbag and a pair of ear rings for under $100. They were totally accommodating with my budget and still very helpful knowing I wasn't going to be buying their high-end stuff. They were also honest with the things I was trying on...and not trying to just sell me their stuff.
I wish they had later hours, but its worth running over there during lunch or on the weekend.
I can't tell you how many times I've hit up Weekendz Only in a pinch to find something CUTE last minute for some outing or another. Okay it usually involves a boy, so I always feel the need to kick it up a notch, and get something REALLY cute thereby overspending. One such dress is so risky I call it my "batsuit". Someone else named it that since I would never dare wear it. But they got me to wear it once. Anyway, that's my problem, but Weekendz Only always delivers for me in a pinch.
The store's name is now a misnomer. I know it began as a weekend only open establishment, but it has since flourished into a weeklong affair. The owner Blair is really fun, and a true fashionista. She even hosts wine and cheese sometimes. Its been forever since I have dropped in during a wine offering, but its so much fun to be looking around getting a buzz from red wine and discussing the finer points of the word "cute" (which applies to all frocks when shopping amongst fello femmes en boutique). They always have good jewelry too, fun jewelry and belts. Love it.
This is my favorite boutique in Los Angeles! It's the perfect place to find something for any occasion. I cannot begin to tell you how many times I've gone here to find a last-minute outfit. They have everything from formal attire, to chic outfits, to hip jeans, to weekend dresses -- and their accessories are the best!! Jewelry, scarves, bracelets, rings and more! My husband teases me and calls it "Weekdays Only" because I'm here all the time. You can really splurge on something special or you can find something equally as smashing for under 30 bucks. They cater to all price points! The staff is so friendly, warm and helpful - they always make you feel like a rock star! It's like shopping with your girlfriends! If you do stop in, make sure to see Joy. She's a pro at picking out things that will work for your body type!
Great little gem for the last minute wardrobe fix. It really is a great place to find the perfect weekend T or Fabu bauble. I can't always find things for chicks with hips but I suppose I could lay off the 31 Flavors and stop complaining. Anywoo, back to WO...it's a definite Taluka Like!
I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I work nearby, so whenever I need something cute, this is wear I head. They have all kinds of amazingly cute stuff, in all price ranges. I'll see a top I would die to have but oh well, it's $300 right next to one just as cute for $28! It's great no matter how much I want to spend. And I love their jewelry. Most of their earrings are $12 and their necklaces are around $22. They also have great jeans, cute shoes, and fabulous bags. Plus the people who work there are great. They will not let you buy something that doesn't look good on you, and they'll suggest stuff that you might not have noticed when you were going through the racks, but not in an annoying way like at most store. It's more like you've been best friends for years. I can't reccommend this place more highly.
Great place to get a last minute outfit. Sometimes pricey but always great stuff. I love their jewelery pieces. Great add ons to make you sparkle :) I've told friends about this cute little shop and they have loved it. Awlays great for gift buying.
i LOVVVEEE weekendz... the girls are nice .. actually.. it doesn't even feel like thiey're sales girls making u buy stuff.. they're totally like friends.. laughing and complimenting u when u try things on.. so great! aly marsha.. theyre so awesome... and it's such a small world cuz i recently bumped into my old middle school homeroom teacher there,, and she's like friends with the owner... so we caught up after years.. and ya.. my mom and i go there every friday,, it's a tradition we've made... it's wouldn't be a friday if we miss a day..
