We were married at the Brentwood location 2 weeks ago and it was PERFECT! We got the emerald package that included the DJ, hotel stay for 1 night, cake (we took this out and used a different baker so they credited us for the cake), chocolate covered strawberries to be served with the cake, personalized toasting flutes, and so much more. The DJ was Matt and he was great, he played most if not all of the songs we requested and kept the party going. The only thing that he kinda messed up on was the song the bridal party was announced to. The BP was supposed to be announced with Sweet Emotions playing in the background and then when my husband and I were announced he was supposed to change the song to Pour Some Sugar On Me, instead he played Pour Some Sugar on Me for the BP and my husband and I. Which was fine, it wasn't a big deal and if he did change the songs it may have not flowed as well. Our package also included a wedding planner, we got Nicole. We had Nicole for the entire process, and she was so amazing, very fast when it came to returning my calls and emails, super sweet, always smiling, she was a really important part of our wedding going so smoothly she was great! The Food, ohhhhh yes delish!!! We got the apple almond chicken and filet mignon duet plate. The chicken was so good! We got so many compliments on our food. We weren't expecting much since it was "wedding food" we were pleasantly surprised, it was great! I will definitely go back just to eat. Our package also included the officiant, we got Rev Ray, he was very nice. The only thing he didn't do was tell our guests to be seated after I got to the alter... So our guests were standing the entire ceremony, good thing it wasn't a long one. We also used their florist, Paula she is great at what she does! She helped me pick the flowers and it looked gorgeous, exactly what I wanted. The banquet captain, sadly I forgot her name but she was super nice! She took care of my husband and I for the entire evening. Always asking if we were ok, if we needed anything, not in an annoying way either. She was very nice it was great having her around. We had the wedding of our dreams, I highly recommend having your wedding here, everything was beautiful. With such great staff, and an amazing price, you really can't go wrong here.

We were married at Wedgewood in Brentwood May 2011. From the start of the planning until the wedding day Lisa and Kristen were helpful, friendly and great at keeping things together and organized.
THE SPECIFICS FOR THE CEREMONY:
We were married outside ... the weather ended up being in our favor. Steve (an option through Wedgewood) married us and he was great. We had a meeting with him weeks before the ceremony and he understood our personalities which made for a great ceremony. Matt, the DJ (WW vendor) played all the music for our ceremony and that was done well. I had the florist WW recommended (Paula's Family Florist) take care of our bridal party flowers and she got all the ones that I liked. She was VERY REASONABLE! I did not use the package she offers for the bridal party and it was still reasonable! Way less than other florists. We also did the floral upgrade for the gazebo. It looked great. (side note: bring pics of what you like/don't like-she knows her stuff; be specific where it matters to you)
FOR THE RECEPTION:
We got the Gold Package. We had the chard and cabernet sauvignon on each table. We upgraded linens. Had the buffet which was great. We got Chicken Picata, Salmon, and the Carved Beef. Vegetarians had plenty to choose from with all the added side dishes.
Tables: The flower arrangements turned out great. We brought in our favors, extra votives, we did our own table numbers; I was thankful to have a friend help wth the table numbers and place cards while the wedgewood staff took care of placing votives and favors.
Our DJ Matt understood our music preferences. Our wedding was so much fun because everyone was dancing.
We also got the photobooth option attached to our package. In our welcome speech, we told our guests to make sure they visit the booth and take as many photos as they want! We got a copy of the pictures on a CD. It was so fun and very worth it. The pictures are HIGH-larious!!! I recommend placing the booth in the reception area. My friends said that photo booths at other weddings weren't as successful when placed far from the reception site because guests don't know about it or want to leave the area, etc-- so go with the booth in the corner like they recommend.
The cake: I drew a picture of what I liked and brought in pictures of things I didn't like and TL Cakes (vendor with WW) made it perfectly. It tasted awesome!! We also got a groom's cake-- a 49er football helmet. Again-- so good!
Cake flavors: choc fudge with choc; mango with yellow cake; white cake and raspberry; and red velvet with cream cheese.
Afterwards, (we went to a local dive bar and danced till 2am) then the Hampton Hotel and it was very nice! :)
IN ALL:
My husband and I had a blast at our wedding. We enjoyed it all, we tried to have a party and I think we were successful with WW's help. All of the feedback from our guests were: 'most fun at a wedding ever' 'the food was good' 'loved the photo booth' and 'great location';
I picked WW because you get a lot for the money (you really do) and they take care of a lot of details for you. The women do this as their profession vs some places where people do wedding planning as a side gig. Every meeting was efficient and they answered all of our questions with patience and understanding. Its a well oiled machine. If you are a no-fuss person/couple and you want to NOT STRESS about your wedding, you want to enjoy the ceremony and party, you want it classy but not uptight: go with Wedgewood in Brentwood! -

My wife and I photograph (http://www.discoveryba...) many weddings at Wedgewood in Brentwood. This is one of our favorite wedding venues to work at in the entire bay area. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is top notch. Lisa and Kristen are amazing! They truly love what they do and really care about their clients. We highly recommend Wedgewood in Brentwood to all of our clients.

We went here for a wedding in March. Unfortunately, it was raining outside so the ceremony had to be indoors. The tables and chair setup was nice. I think they could have done a better job with the archway and with directing the guests to seating. The bar is on the other side of these doors so while the ceremony took place we could hear the guys laughing at the bar and being loud. The staff was nice, but could have done a better job at making the events go efficiently. Overall, it was a nice wedding.
