Absolutely love We're There Pet Care. The owner and each of the walkers take great care with each of the pets that they walk. We get a daily report left on our kitchen counter (from Gabe) on how the walk went for the day. If there is an urgent issue, we'll receive a phone call from the owner directly.
We love We're There and would recommend them to anybody.
I called them to take care of my cats over Thanksgiving and they were quite rude with their response. I have a cat that needs a pill 2 times daily and when I told the girl that called me back this she was extremely rude. She told me they only work from 10 am to 2pm on Thanksgiving day and no one would be able to give my animal a pill in the evening. When I asked if she had any suggestions she said look on line and was happy to brush me off. Not happy at all with the treatment. I know they are owned by Family Pet and I love them so I am a bit shocked that they were so rude and unwilling to help. I understand it's a holiday but they are in the business of pet care and that is a 24 hour job. This is the 2nd time I got a bad feeling about the girl that runs the place since I almost used them the last time I went out of town. Now I have to figure out how to get my keys back from them since I will never use them EVER.
Now I understand why there are not that many reviews since there is not that much nice to say.
As a self admitted high maintenance pet owner I have to tell you I have been overly impressed with "We're There". Our dog walker Pat is amazing- so caring and loving with my pets you'd think he owned them! Always accommodating, professional, and responsible- "We're There" is a rare find in a city with all to many average pet services. You can rest assured if choosing "We're There" to walk your precious pooch they will deliver every time!
