Make your own "wizz" jokes now.
Gets extremely crowded on nice days in July and August. Not very crowded on days that start out rainy.
The "rides" are your basic twisty tube slides. Some more thrilling than others, but nothing like the big parks have.
Overpriced ($30) for the size of the park. The after-4 PM $20 price is not a good deal either since the place closes at 6 PM --and the day we went the lines for the rides really didn't shrink very much until 5:30.
We got there at 9:30 for the 10 AM opening. We hit the tubes/rides hard for the first 90 minutes and then the place was mobbed. The long lines weren't worth it so we then switched to the lazy river and wave pool but those were way too crowded too. We went home and came back at 4 PM when it was a little less crowded (but still crowded).
There's plenty to do for small kids and toddlers and those areas don't get as crowded. But if you have a 6- or 7-year-old that likes the big rides but they are under the 48" minimum, then they will be stuck riding with mom or dad more often than they'd want to.
If you go on a nice sunny day then get there EARLY if you want to avoid lines for all the rides.
The best plus for this place is you can bring in your own coolers (no glass or alcohol) so you don't have to spend money on food and drink.
If it's not too crowded you CAN have a very fun time here; and if you're not standing in lines very much then I suppose you can get your $30 worth also.
This is a fun place to go on a warm summers day but no as good as water country in NH. If you don't want to drive to far they have a good lazy river to realx in. A little bit pricey but the kids will have fun. If you go online you can get discounted tickets.
Fun and family friendly a really bit pricey. Great kid areas, for kids under 48 inches. Nice long, and lazy river. However I highly recommend you that the drive to water country in New Hampshire. It's well worth the drive, and there's a lot more at water country. Water Wizz needs to lower their prices or add more attractions to their park.
