This location is conveniently located near Costco (4th Ave S) and if you can go mid-week in the middle of the day there's almost never a queue and when your turn comes you can be done in less than 10 minutes. Some of the employees may seem humorless at first but they're usually really friendly. Keep in mind they have to deal with some really stupid shit and some really mindless and rude customers on a daily basis so cut em some slack and give em a break. Practice public cell etiquette, hang up the phone and take care of business when it's your turn. Seriously, that shit even pisses me off.
