I've been having WaMu since elementary school. I opened an account with Bank Of America (WHICH IS THE WORST BANK EVER!) only because they were the only bank that would give me a debit card at 16. But WaMu has NO fees unless YOU do something. The drive thru ATM is cool. I just wish the buttons were a bit closer. But this location is great! =)

I love the drive thru ATM.  I have never been inside, so I don't know what the wait is like there, but I've never had to wait for more than two cars in the drive thru.  Check it out!

I don't have any complaints other than they never seem to have enough teller windows open when I'm there. Maybe they do when I'm not there. All I know is that it takes a long time to get through the line especially between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday through Friday. And all I want is a roll of quarters for laundry! I use the ATM or their website for everything else.
Outside of this little issue, I like WaMu. They don't charge for everything like other banks do. I pay no fee as long as I have direct deposit into my checking account. No big whoop. I'd say go with WaMu if you don't want to see your earnings go bye bye for no reason like banks that rhyme with Sank of Bamerica and Nells Margo (I don't want to name names).
