Wang Insurance is so fantastic. The service is really phenomenal. Everyone is willing to help you in any way possible and I didn't feel pressured to buy WHATSOEVER. The location is convenient (Judas and 31st) and every employee is so knowledgeable. They can help you with ALL of your insurance needs (home, auto, and more!) It is also so fantastic that their employees speak so many languages (it really helped since my grandmother only speaks Korean.) I'm never going back to Farmer's Insurance!!

mr and mrs wang volunteered altruistically to help me before I was even their client.
I was in an accident where both cars involved were totaled, both of our insurance companies found their party without fault, and unfortunately I found out that the term "full coverage" really means nothing.
wang insurance agency spent mucho time with me on the phone and via email to straighten things out, then even gave me a way cheaper policy (with more coverage) than my previous broker offered.
it may even be time to get that damned medical insurance.

Wang Insurance is a PHENOMENAL insurance agency. Yes, my review is bound to be a little biased since my parents own the business and I work here, but I speak from the heart here. I KNOW we offer the best deals. We have a wide range of companies to choose from and we personally shop for our clients to give them the best rates. I also know that my parents genuinely care about their clients--we always try to secure them the best coverage for the lowest premiums. My parents ensure that their clients are always treated fairly--we have been in business for over 25 years now, so we know the right people to speak to within every company and can argue any case for you. Basically, we do all the dirty work for you while all you need to do is provide us with your basic information (I know the process since I currently work here). Then we proceed to shop around for you, find different rates and compare them, present them to you so you can make the ultimate decision, and finally issue the policy. It's honestly as simple as that. This is definitely the place for anyone looking for better rates and a friendly, personable staff!
