was forced to go there again today (long story). record number of either under or overmedicated rascal-driving fat folks cruising the aisles. I rarely worry about the future of our nation, but I do here. began again to ponder that whole theory of de-evolution.
needed four things, found zero. returning to my car 850 yards out in the parking lot I discoverd a bird had crapped on my front winshield to boot.
did I come here on my own volition? well, technically yes... but......
does Walmart have any control over its patronage? or the birds? well, technically no,... but......
I really think they should offer only 2 or 3 rascal scooters for public use. and to get one, you should have to show you have some sort of proof of medical diagnosis other than that you've just eaten so many f-ing twinkies that you are no longer even capable of walking to the twinkie aisle to get more f-ing twinkies.1 Previous Review:

When I feel like I want kids, I come to this WalMart to cure me. How many kids can a 30 yr old woman have? Holy Hell do us all a favor the condoms are over there. I once saw a large woman smack her toddler across the face with the velocity of a hurricane telling the poor girl, "shut the f-- up!" I was right there and the whole thing was so violent I felt like I needed to say something despite the fact this woman was the size of Tyler Perry. I told her she shouldn't hit her child like that and she told me to mind my effing business. Shiiieet, lady, when you slap your helpless baby daughter with enough force to disorient an MMA fighter, someone needs to tell ya to cut it out. Ugh. WalMart.
Checking out on a weekend afternoon is like standing in line for government cheese. The McDonald's in there regardless of time of day is jam packed with overweight adults and screaming kids. Hate this place. -

Crazy birds! And only one kind of tartar sauce, the 'Great Value' brand.
The great value brand is gross. If it's something you can only get at Walmart, it probably sucks.
There are crazy birds in the parking lot. You think you can get away with going to Walmart without anyone spotting you but there are those birds watching and ridiculing you. -

I am writing a bad review of this Walmart, because it has every single fucking item I could ever want at any given time. Which means I wander into this shithole about nine times a week.
As soon as I walk in, I am like Atreyu in the Neverending Story when all his memories have been lost. I don't know who I am, or why I am here, but I do soon realize that I need a 12 pack of diet mountain dews. Also a red toothbrush (because it's red) and some more 100 packs of DVR-s. Fuck and these socks (look at them). ...etc.
Not only that, but merchandise is placed in a very illogical way. You'll have an endcap of diapers on the tire aisle, or a very beautiful but stupid display of mouse traps in electronics. But I think they do this to disorient the lost soul.
Also-wtf is up with the new-ish stoner aisle?! Have you seen that? They took all the chips and cookies and popcorn and shit and put it in its own aisle! GET OUT OF MY HEAD. Also also-this place sells Magic the Gathering booster packs. FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK -

It's Wal-Mart...It was exactly as I expected it to be. I liked this configuration of the store because its very similar to the one I had in Louisiana. Place was a bit dirty but when I had a question, I was promptly answered and taken care of.
Did anybody else notice the insane amount of birds? -

Avoid this one. The one near 183 and 35 is better, not that it is a big improvement.

One star for the non grocery items and the other for the eye center.
I was under the false impression that their low prices carried over to their grocery section. Much to my dismay, little or none of the groceries I purchased were priced to HEB or even Target levels. I couldn't believe it. Whats up with the absence of spinach in the frozen veggie aisle? Never again! -

I did not go into the store. Walmart gives me the heebie jeebies. I made a phone call to inquire about a Scene It game on our shopping list.
The guy who answered the phone, whose first language is not English, disconnected me twice. Which didn't matter since I could not understand him anyway. I appreciate that everyone who comes to America needs a job and I'm glad Walmart hired you. But...if you are answering the phone with a heavy accent, I can't understand you!
After several false starts, the guy gets what I want and rings the electronics department. Nope, we don't have it but toys does.
Nope, the toy department does not have it but electronics does. I'm sent back to the electronics department who sends me to toys again. Jeesh!!!
Almost 30 minutes later, after speaking with a manager, I threw in the towel. How about a nice gift card? From Target.Listed in: Places that make me say EFF…

DON'T JUDGE ME!!!!!!
I found Dazed and Confused for $5.00
I could not pass it up.
and I needed blank CD's for all of the MP3 downloads that I purchase from http://Walmart.com.
And they were the multicolored ones.
WalMart also has some badass mac and cheese in there refrigerated deli department for 2.50.
the produce always sucks so I never buy produce from Walmart.
But they have these really neat Green boots for $15.00.
I didn't buy them because like I've said before
I am always broke.
Walmart has good prices.
If I had a badass job like everybody else then I could find all the cute local stores that charge an arm and a leg, because they are local and don't have all the whatever that the chain stores have.
And Walmart has EVERYTHING. -

Loving you....
The first time I went to this Supercenter Wal-Mart, I was amazed.
No crying in the aisles, but impressed.
Clean. Organized. HUGE selection.
Always have what I need. Not a great wine selection, but it is getting better, especially since XMas and Valentine's Day.
Get your hair did, tires changed, pick up meds, eyes checked, make a deposit and feed yourself without ever leaving the store.
A little short on staff is the reason for no five stars. -

This review is odd for a few reasons. The first being that it's a chain-store company that I don't usually like reviewing because it's always going to exist and a gazillion people already know about it. And secondly, because I'm reviewing the Car/brakes/vehicle, etc. part of the store.
It was 7:00 and I was freaking about because I needed an oil change. Like the truly cheap person I am, I waited until the line went on and drove around my area looking for a the nearest open place that would change my oil before the next day because I was driving to San Antonio. Needless to say, I was having trouble since a lot of places were closed after 6:00. After complaining to my friend, he told me that walmart was open until 8:00 and he had called in and they told me I could hurry be a walk-in.
So I high-tail it to Walmart and drove up. Parked. Ran in and met this guy named JOHN. I started my usual freaking and begin this tangent about how I NEEDED OIL. He looked at me with a smile but said that unfortunately they didn't have any space to take me (there were 2-3 cars ahead of me) and it was already 7:30. I was about to cry. But then, (cue "Hallelujah" chorus now) John tells me, "You know what. We'll take you. I'LL make sure that it gets done." And then I really was about to cry--- out of joy. :)
As we walk in to pay, this lady behind me comes and basically needs the same thing. I felt guilty because John explained that he had already taken my car as the last but in the end he happily told her that he would make the staff stay longer to do her car as well. He was the NICEST guy in the world. He was very patient and didn't get aggravated or annoyed. He was also training this girl at the time so she could be familiar with the system and they were both extremely helpful and sweet.
I didn't have to wait too long for my oil change- 20min tops. And everything was the bomb-diggity. They put air in my tires, free and gave me a basic assessment of my car and it's status insofar as wear/tear goes. Eventhough it was just a simple oil change, after stressing for the few hours before, and driving around town...it was just nice to catch a break. :) -

Now I shop here frequently for things I need besides produce and flowers because it's the cheapest besides the dollar store, which I do use. We all know that the economy is just a mess...BUT I have to say that as soon as I can avoid Walmart again I WILL.
I have been shopping here for a year now and only one time was my checker in an even decent mood. They are extremely overworked, understaffed and underpaid. It makes me feel just terrible. They will have four lanes open and the wait in line for check out might take between half an hour to an hour. No wonder the checkers are in a bad mood! They never get a break and they are so amazingly understaffed I don't know how Walmart keeps people working there for more than a day. -

I purchased windshield wipers here using their reference guide to make sure I was getting the correct ones. They didn't end up fitting the curve of my windshield properly, so I proceeded to return them. I planned on just getting my money back and going to my dealership to insure a proper fit. When I reached the service counter the employee inspected each wiper closely to make sure they were the correct ones since they were open. She then launched into a lecture about how she lets the service men handle hers so things like this don't happen. This was my plan anyhow, but her tone was quite demeaning. She then says that she has to check with someone to see if she can take them back since they don't take back used items. They were actually not used, just opened. Another nearby employee overheard and said it didn't seem fair if I had used their guide and they didn't fit for me not to be able to return them. The lady working on my return automatically approved it after this without checking with anyone. As she was handing over the refund she started in with a second lecture about me letting a service department handle my wiper change next time. I can't help but wonder if a man returning wipers would have gotten the same lecture. Somehow I just don't think so. The experience honestly turned me off of Walmart as a whole. It was just such an ignorant and inappropriate way to talk to a customer. Ultimately, I got my money back, but maybe the customer service department should stick to store business instead of dispensing unsolicited advice.

This Walmart is convienent i have to say, i always find things i need! If you're ever in this walmart, it's quite typical you will hear a parent say to their child " do you want me to slap you across the face?!" or either something else rude & disgusting. Tell me why there are 30 aisles of checkout and only 10 people working ? It makes the lines super long especially in the evening! The best time to come to Walmart is at 12 AM . If you can't sleep, just go visit walmart and stroll through the aisles :)

What is wrong with America? I have never seen this place so crappy. They have really went down hill and it scares me. What did they do, so-called remodel and cut-back? I couldn't find anything. That's because they didn't have anything. I was looking for a nice blouse. Oh my gosh, a nightmare. Everything was moved around. You know how this place is usually packed. Well it's not anymore. Maybe they feel the same way. But, it was hell to get out of the place I know that. Lines backed up and traffic everywhere. It was unexplainable. Weird event.

It's cleaner than the other Wal-Mart in town, but smaller. The returns/exchange people seem to never be around, but the staff are very friendly here. For a Wal-Mart, it's pretty good.

Decent store. Have all the products I would expect in a Supercenter and most aisles are fairly wide. Gas prices at the station are usually a few cents cheaper than surrounding stations. My main complaint with this store is that the checkouts are often short staffed and most of the time self-checkout lines are limited to 2 out of the 4 checkouts on both sides of the store. On my trip earlier this week I waited 15 minutes at self-checkout, since there was only one self-checkout and the rest of the lines were huge. I also don't like that new DVDs in this store are locked up and its difficult to find someone to open the cage, so I never buy new DVDs here. Finally, it's difficult to find a hand basket in the store. Most of the time, I just want a hand basket and not a full shopping cart.

They had a generic blender for $9.99 on the shelf but no actual one other than one on display and every time I went there I kept checking if they put one on the shelf and later they reduced the price and still no product on the shelf. i asked for the manager this time and inquired that why the product is displayed and price has been reduced without any product actually being available. His response was that it is marked to be discontinued and there is nothing he can do about it. That doesnt make sense to me and thats why I give two stars
