Review from Chelsy C.
Wallys is the quintessential drive-in diner joint. The girls could be straight out of the '50s with their change belts.
They make a delicious Charbroil burger and good fries and my better half loved the chocolate malted. -

Pulled up to 'car hop' spot. Simple menu, fish & burgers and things that go with them.
Cold fall day, hot, homemade chowder sounded so good.
Service was fast, chowder was very warm, tasty. I tried their homemade cole slaw, it was okay. Bottom line, I would come back. -

Menu is very simple, love the car hop that comes out. Burgers are fresh, hot and cooked well. Taste is not that flavorful, but the burger is large. Great fries and shakes.

Gosh, I was hoping I would be the one to add it to yelp!
It's a solid burger joint with excellent service. It's a great pit stop on the way to Mt. Ranier . It's next to a great little park too. But the other eaters received us like the quintessential " new folks in town" scene wherein an outsider walks in and everyone goes quiet to cast cold stares.
So that was weird! It reminds me of Missouri with less friendly people. But the food and servers are great. It's a real drive in, they will bring out your food and make change ...right there. I like it a lot. I plan to come here every time I go to Mt. Ranier from now on! -

My milkshake brings all the boys to the yard and - damn right! - it's better than yours!
I have to stop at Wally's whenever I'm in Buckley (which is more than I'll admit to). The service is way too slow, the burger is just a burger, and the prices are a touch too high - but the milkshakes! Besides, the place has a charm that makes the burger taste like childhood. Feeling like a kid again is worth paying extra for. -
Review from Jeff H.
Milkshakes people, if you drink them, be sure to have one here if you are ever cruising Hwy 410. Food is average at best, and it's a shame, cause this place would be the spot if the food were even HALF as good as the shakes. In case my drift was too subtle, order MILKSHAKES!!!

Buckley, WA
As a local I hate to bash any Buckley establishment, but one sentence say's it all. "They charge extra for whip cream and a cherry on a ice cream Sunday." I live less then 100 yards from the place and simply wont go.

Wally's has some of the best burgers in the world! Taste is similar to Dick's burgers and prices are almost the same as well. Time to experience an old-fashioned drive thru on your way up to Crystal Mtn. or over Chinook Pass! This place is great for shakes and malts as well.

Because they have to fight about everything, now one kid likes Wally's more than Big Daddy's and they fight about which we're going to all the time. Wally's has better fries, so I'm down for the Wally (even though our bifurcated home means we're going to have to eat at Big Daddy's every now and then)
