Great service -- they had to take passport photos for me and did an excellent job.  I had to provide all the specifications, and they were extremely patient and accomodating.

I'd go back there, just because the staff were great.

is it possible to give zero stars?  that's how many this dump deserves.

i called requesting a prescription refill on thursday, expecting it to be ready today, monday.  when i received no call from them telling me it was or wasn't ready i called to see what was up.

some bitchy pham tech answered and was very short with me.  she could only tell me that my prescription had been cancelled and couldn't tell me why.  getting her to re-issue it was like pulling teeth, and in the middle of a question, she hung up on me!

i get it.  i know, she's probably totally underpaid and overworked.  but christ.  have some respect for your customers.

i called back to get her name and talk to a manager, but lo and behold not a single moron in the pharmacy department knew who was took my call, or who even was working tonight.

it took me calling back yet again and waiting on hold for fifteen minutes for a floor manager (someone who doesn't work in the pharmacy) to get the names of everyone working there.

thank god it wasn't heart medication or something else i seriously needed.  i ended up transferring my prescription to target.
