Never Again..

This place totally screwed me on New Years Eve. I called at 2:30 and ordered. I was told that they could have my order ready for 8:00PM, I decided that was ok. I really didn't need it earlier, and it is New Years..so it's busy. When I showed up at 8:00PM, they were still working on the 6:00PM orders and the place was jam packed with people spilling out the front door, and people waiting in their cars. They wrecked that part of my New Years celebration. I ended up having to go to papa ginos a few doors down after waiting 45 minutes.
They weren't even giving out free drinks or doing anything to make up for the fact their greed took precedence over what they could actually deliver. If you can't deliver the product...don't take the order! I should have went to another Chinese place in town that was more organized, realistic and less greedy.

I've been coming her forever. Good food, great portions, great prices.
In my opinion it's the best "fast food" Chinese within the area.
Voted best for a reason, highly recommended.

I ordered the Peking Ravioli which I have never had before. I was hoping it was more like Gyoza ( on google it says it is similar) but it definitely wasn't. I have never had it before so not sure if everyone does it the same but this was thick ravioli type wraps and inside was a small torpedo shaped something. Meat? Not sure. When I dipped it and took a bite the filling which is an individual clump came right out. That happened it each one I tried. Very filling but very strange. Cant say they were good or bad. But definitely not Gyoza like. Are they all this way with just a glob of something that comes shooting out when you take a bite? Anyway I will still go there because their other items i have tried are awesome. I just wont get these again.

Pure slop. Broccoli is always soggy. People laud how big the eggrolls are but it doesn't matter if they're huge if they taste bad. Haven't been back since i found a long black hair in my fried rice. If you have no standards this place is for you!

This was great but now seems to be closed without any notice, new location/phone info or sign on the door. Disappointing to say the least.

The food tasted like nothing at all. No spices, just cooked in fat and tasteless. I love spare ribs and these had no taste whatsoever. The rice had no taste. The food was awful. Disappointed with the $ I had to spend, and I spent it on that.

We ordered the Beef Drunken noodle and found a cooked bug in the dish.

Gross. Try another restaurant. Beef and broccoli was extremely fatty; the sauce was thin and tasted like clam juice. Fried rice was dry and tasteless. Boneless spare ribs were hard as a rock and resembled beef jerky but somehow still fatty. I could go on, but the summary of each item I tried was tasteless, dry, fatty, and overcooked. Never again.

honestly people can criticize my review and call it dumb but honestly I love this place it's always last resort for food but I'm happy every time I see it I get what I pay for in portion size and I'm honestly never disappointed. I have to say there crab Rangoon is AMAZING and there orange flavored chicken I can't get enough honestly. do I think it's a little greasy... yeah a little but what do I expect from something that's deep fried? I don't have high expectations when it comes to Chinese restaurants and honestly this place is clean and right on the money for how much I get and I hate the fact that they put less sauce on the orange chicken it honestly roughen it for me but every time I always get that Chinese food craving and I always comes back for more and I always go here.

Honestly it's the pound for pound champ in the Franklin area for Chinese food. You won't find any better for the price. Is it the greatest food in the world? No. Is it good, and an exceptional value for the price? Overwhelmingly yes. One of my favorite grassy spoons in the area. I could eat this for the rest of my life with no complaints. If you're thinking about whether or not you should try it, you should.

I order some food from this place last night I ask for extra Spicy mustard I was charge for extra mustard did Did Not get any extra mustard at all . The food was cold
As well. So this place we'll charge you for extra not give what you ask for and food is cold . I was told too drive home bring back the food and I was not redounded as well . This place is not worth a one one time
