I stopped by Wagners to have two necklaces' clasps fixed. The gentleman there was nice, not very talkative (I don't believe English was his first language), and very quick. It took about 5 mins. for both necklaces. When I asked how much at the end, he said it was on the house! That was a pleasant surprise.
If you have jewelry to fix, I wouldn't expect that you will get it done for free, but I figured I would pass on the good word about this place!
I stopped in here today to get some jewelry cleaner, since my engagement ring hadn't been cleaned since it went on my finger, and also I have a ton of other stuff that i need to clean as well. The shop itself is pretty small, and there's some nice stuff to check out in the cases. I don't know about the price points, as I didn't look. Right now they are also offering an extra 15% off any jewelry and watches. I did call them when I was looking for a jeweler to resize my ring, but was a little turned off because I'd never been in and the phone customer service wasn't that great. The service was nicer in person.
The jewelry cleaner has made my bling extra blingy, so for $6, it was a successful trip.
