I've been going there for 12 years.  I took/take my '88 Honda Civic Hatchback, a 96' Accord, and a '98 Acura for whatever car problem I have.  They're honest and reliable.

I remember one time, I took my accord in to get fixed because it wasn't passing the smog check.  This had happened 2 years earlier, and I got it "fixed" at one of those smog pros shop.  This time I brought it to W& K , and the mechanic thought about it for a while and did 15 minutes researching on the computer and told me about a 5 year old recall that my car qualified for.  So instead of servicing it, they told me I can get it fixed for free at the dealer.  I did that and I never had trouble passing the smog check again.   They could have taken my money instead to fix it themselves but they referred me to where I can get it fixed for free!

I've been a loyal patron of W&K for over ten years.

They don't try to sell me on repairs I don't need.  That's rare treatment for a chick at a mechanic.
