I must echo the other recommendations for Dr. Polyakov. He recently removed my wisdom teeth and I have been nothing but impressed with the level of care provided by him and his staff, especially after hearing many horror stories from friends who have had their wisdom teeth done elsewhere. I had very little pain, no bruising (a real achievement because I am prone to bruising but I didn't even bruise at the site of the iv), and minimal swelling. I opted for general anesthesia and it was a breeze. The procedure took very little time and I was fine with Tylenol 3s.
It was a great plus for me that they are upfront about costs and offer care credit, since I am uninsured. Overall the process could not have been better and I would recommend this office to anyone.
I had a tooth pulled by Dr. Polyakov about 3 weeks ago and am happy to report that the procedure went well and my tooth has completely healed. I really liked the fact that I was given clear instructions on how to take care of my tooth when I went home, as well as information that I could access on the website. Dr. Polyakov and his staff are very good at what they do and I appreciate how friendly and nice everyone in the office was.
Um, wow. I got my wisdom teeth pulled by this man yesterday (I am 31 years old so it was no small feat) and it couldn't have gone smoother. The office staff was incredible and friendly and so helpful. They set me up with a payment plan, recommended anesthesia (yay nitrous!) and I was in and out of there well within my one-hour meter. My healing was the easiest I have ever experienced. I would recommend this oral surgeon to anyone out there. I am a dental wuss but it was alllll good.

Dr. Polyakov attended college and dental school at UCLA and still believes in the "True Blue" spirit. Practicing Oral Surgery for over twelve years, Dr. Polyakov has built his practice from the ground up and is currently a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the California Society of Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons.
