I do not understand how they got voted the best salon. The stylists are rude and unprofessional. I made an appointment with one of their stylists and sat there for about an hour waiting for her to show up. Then I was told she called and could have sworn I cancelled my appointment.. Bullshit! Then one of the stylists huffed at me and said, " I guess I can take you". Whatever. I walked my ass across the street to Tonic Headquarters and never looked back. Rude, Unprofessional.
