I've been coming here for about 6 years now. Their selection of frames makes me feel like Charlie in Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory. After my first experience here, any other optometrist office pales in comparison. They have a lot affordable frames and even more Prada, D&G, and Gucci frames that I can't justify spending so much money for (but want, of course). The workers were also patient and attentive to me.

My biggest problems when looking for eye glasses are: my lack of a bridge (I need glasses with nose pads 90% of the time) and wide, wide face. After 13 years of wearing glasses, someone here finally told me how to look eliminate possible frames right off the bat by deciphering the numbers on the frame. If I see anything higher than a "54", then it should fit my  face, I try it on...and that's cut my selection time for a frame drastically since I don't have to try every darn thing I like on.

Furthermore, they were  excellent during my contact lens fitting and made sure I tried lenses on that I felt were most comfortable. There was also an occasion where for some reason, my eyesight kept flunctuating and they happily changed my eyeglass lens 3 times within allowable time limits as stated on their policy. When I had corneal ulcer for the second time , they had me come in the morning I called and I got my antibiotics. I also have a pair of prescription sunglasses from here and anytime I want to convert it to normal lenses, they do it for me.

I will keep coming here and I hope they stay open forever.

I went here to shop for my very FIRST pair of glasses.

This place has an excellent selection of frames.  I really enjoyed the staff...they were very helpful, friendly and informative.  I like that they take VSP insurance too.  I will come back here again.

    Always a good experience here!!!

I was on my last pair of contacts before going to my yearly exam. Dr. Pham made sure the pair I was taking with me was comfy and even gave me some extra disposables to bring with me for swimming in Cancun -what a better way to enjoy the sun, water and have a good time without worrying about all the chlorine or how long you've had your contacts in.
    Thanks Dr. Pham!!!

One of the few places I can find stylish glasses that fit my flat Asian face. Plus, the prices are reasonable because they're pretty much selling you the frames that you're trying on display. The lenses are durable in quality, and they won't charge you an arm and a leg for the thinner lenses if you have a higher prescription. The workers are also super helpful. A nice lady literally went around looking for glasses that would fit my face and compliment it's super round shape!

My bf also gets his glasses here. They were just as helpful. We walked around the mall while we waited for them to put our glasses together. We had some lunch and before we knew it, they were ready. 5 stars for price, selection and service. I'll definitely be back the next time I need new glasses!

This is the best place to go for eyeglasses in sunglasses in Milpitas. For the last two years I have shopped here and I have always found the cutest pairs here. In fact, I just picked up two new pairs with my new prescription. A pair of Dolce & Gabana's and a pair of Dior glasses. This year I got two pairs so that I could have a selection based on what I want to wear and what I feel like that day. I have already gotten tons of compliments on my D&G frames and I have only had them for a day or two!!

The staff and service here is excellent. I have always worked with Mary J and she is very sweet and extremely helpful. She always go out of her way to help my mom and I find what fits our face best and finds us exactly what we like best. She calls us promptly when our frames are ready for pickup.

They also accept vision insurance here (which neither of us have) but that is a plus. That way you can stay in your allowance or spend a little bit over in order to get exactly what you are looking for.

I would highly recommend Vision Insight Optometry to anyone.

Honestly, I'm not too much of a fan of the doctors here.... they just don't seem too knowledgeable and they're really sarcastic.  Also, they schedule an appointment for a certain time, but don't expect to actually see the doctor at that time.  I took my husband here for a 2 week follow up appointment, and we were about 20 minutes early.  We checked in, and got ready to wait about a half hour... AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER we still had not seen the doctor.  When they finally called us in, there were no apologies or anything.

Anyway, with that crap, why would I give them a good rating?  Simple: their staff and selection are awesome.  Their staff is superb and are great at helping you find glasses that will suit you.  They will let you know right away which frames will work with your prescription (so you don't accidentally fall in love with those gorgeous Versaces that would never work with your thick ass lenses ::sigh::).  They are very responsive when you call and let you know right away when your sunglasses arrive (so that you can show them off right away :D).

For that, I will stick it out with the crappy docs (especially since my exams are so quick.  Thank goodness for Lasik!) and continue to purchase my glasses here.  OH!  And they take most major vision plans and FSA cards!

I came in here yesterday because I've been on a hunt to find a new pair of sunglasses but considering my typical asian nose that lacks a high bridge it's been a hard adventure finding new sunglasses.

The staff here are EXTREMELY nice and patient. We were there on a Saturday evening with tons of people in their store but we had no problem seeking help because they had lots of staff members on hand to help. I found a pair of sunglasses that i really liked but the arms were a little tight for my face which made me rethink if i wanted to commit to getting it or not, especially because they wouldn't prop on the top of my head without falling off (which was also a deciding factor for me) The person who helped me, Mary (according to the receipt) was VERY helpful. I know a lot of other places would've been irritated having to open so many cases so you can try on different sunglasses but Mary was extremely nice and willing to open as many cases as I requested. She helped suggest different sunglasses with similar frame shapes but i still liked the first pair i originally picked so she offered to open up the pair so that they would be a little wider (using their heat contraption). She heated the sunglasses and opened it up a few times and came back checking to see how i liked the fitment which turned out to fit PERFECTLY!

I know that i probably could've gotten the same pair online somewhere for much cheaper but the fact that she was able to offer and adjust it so it would fit perfectly made it a deciding factor for me to buy it from them. They are however decently priced compared to a lot of the other stores i had visited. The MSRP of the pair i got was $295, Vision Insight had it for $261 with 20% off all their glasses which was a good enough deal for me. I was also told that if my sunglasses become too loose after wear or not loose enough then i am more than welcome to come back and have them readjusted free of cost. AWESOME!

They do offer a wide range of brands ie Gucci, Versace, Burberry, D&G, Coach, Ray Bans and tons of other brands.  For those on a hunt for sunglasses should definitely check this place out first.

surprisingly good place for glasses at the middle of a shopping mall.

their selection is very good. there are lots of choices of frames from various top frame designers. the best part is that all (most) the frames are accessible so i can go around trying them out without having to deal with a sales person. i like to try things out without someone standing there staring at me.

having said that, the sales who helped me was professional and not pushy. she gave good advice on fit as well as styling.

the eye exam was quick as i went on a weekday. the optician was friendly and the usual pushy to do a dialate which i didn't have time for.

    the price was reasonable.

it took just more than a week to get my glasses done.

picking up was no hassle at all.

the only thing is that when i told the person about how i have high-low ear, he proceeded to try to fit it by twisting the frame at the bridge!!! wtf. minus a star for that.

So i got a call from one of the sales reps there that the red Fendi frame i wanted isn't available anymore. Pretty much SOLD out from the manufacturer.
    I was sooo bummed.

But i would just like to mention how Jamie.... is the most helpful rep i've ever met!!! She ordered maybe 4 other red frames from their source just for me to try on. She even told me her schedule so i can come there, and she can personally help me. Unfortunately, none of them worked for me. So i still ended up getting the same from from Fendi, but in a different color. i went with ORANGE!!!!
hahaha. yes. i wanted something bright and different. so we'll see how this goes. I really liked how the frame fits my face.

But as for service...really. you could never go wrong with people who work here.

I had my eye exam with Dr. Pham yesterday.  He is really nice and professional.  You can tell he loves people and what he does.  I called in a week before for an appointment.  I was a bit early and I filled out the form and the cashier girl took my prescription with the machine.  Then when she was going to blow air in my eyeball with the other machine, I refused b/c I felt uncomfortable since she's not an eyeball professional (what am I paying for?!).

For $59, Dr. Pham gave me a prescription for glasses.  He did tests with different lenses and tested whether I like the glasses for slight astigmatism.  I didn't since it looked 3D so he removed it from my prescription.  He diluted my eyes to check the health (I think that's what it's called) by putting in eye drops that stung (I had to wait 30 minutes and come back so he could check) and the eye drops made my vision blurry for several hours and very sensitive to light.  I guess it was worth it to check the health of my eyes.  Total time for exam was about 20 minutes plus 5 minutes to check on the eyes after the drops.

Might come back for glasses after shopping around.  The glasses are all cheap plastic with different brands on them.  None are really differentiated except maybe Gucci, Oakley and Rayban.  Glasses in Korea are $40 with frames and lenses so it's hard to put down $200 for the same quality!

5 out of 6 of my family members have glasses.  We regularly go here, these are our optometrists, and this place caters the best selections of eye wear brands.  The staff and doctors are all professional, helpful, patient, and most of all friendly.

In addition, we have been coming to this place for 10+ years and have seen Vision Insight Optometry change and blossom into such a prosperous business.  They have state of the art equipment, a full lab in the back, and a full staff that works hard to ensure your satisfaction.

I wish them continued success, and I highly recommend anyone who is considering to look elsewhere regarding their eye health and a kick of style and fashion ...to their face.

Whoevers been here knows... anyone with insurance can use it here to pay for those FO SACHI glasses.

The customer service is also great here, they have multiple booths so that there's barely any wait.

The doctor is very nice and helpful. I cannot thank her enough for helping me out with my first set of eyeglasses...

I chose this place because it accepted my insurance and it was close by. I called them and was able to get the appointment I wanted very quickly.

I no longer remember who my doctor was that day, but she was very good. She was friendly and thorough. I've been wearing glasses most of my life and I am used to having routine eye exams every 2 years. She did something I don't recall others doing, by checking to see which eye was working harder? In any case, this was the only alteration to my current prescription she made.

When it was time to pick out frames I didn't get the assistance that others seem to have gotten. I was hoping for it, but alas. I was bummed about the selection, but I think it's just that I'm not into the current style of thick plastic frames. I found some metal Raybans that I liked, though, and the process of ordering and paying was very easy.

The glasses did take about 10 days to come in which is a bummer since I'm used to 1 hour places (who don't take my eye insurance here!). But I went back to pick them up and the lady who helped me with adjustments
    was very good.

I'll probably be back for an eye exam here in another couple years.

i really like vision insight because they have a great selection of frames. my vision plan from work gives me a $200 allowance for frames. i went to so many optometrist offices and the frames were invariably $300, $400, $500. i didn't really want to pay anything out of pocket since i use contact lenses 95% of the time.
finally stopped by vision insight optometry and found a wide selection of frames ranging from much less than my allowance ($100?) to much more ($400?).
this is definitely a great place to come if you:
    a) dont have a vision plan
    b) dont want to spend more than your allowance
    c) want to spend $$ on frames anyway and great mall is convenient for you

same goes for sunglasses/prescription sunglasses which i just bought here too.

I've been coming here for a year now... and i continue to come to this place because the optometrist there are amazingly great. They have a great selection of glasses and a lot of options for contacts.

The office is super busy most of the time but they are never too busy to talk to you and explain things to you.

The staff is pretty good. sometimes the girls there just kinda stare at you, but let them stare. my favorite dr there is dr sydney.  he's super nice and listens to you, gives u great advice, and never pressures u to buy more than you need.

they're pretty quick too and not too expensive. i think it's great to have this place so close to home and with great customer service

The staff here is very friendly and very patient. I went in for a eye exam because I was in need of a new pair of glasses and also wanted contacts. I took the eye exam got my prescription and took my time finding a pair of glasses I wanted. They have such a large selection that I took a really long time (an hour or possibly more) finding a pair that would look right, fit comfortably, yet stylish. The woman helping me let me take my time and I was not rushed into purchasing. Even when settling the payment, when I had questions, she took her time explaining differences and whether I needed it or not, without any pressure to up sell me.

Got a pair of Emporium Armani glasses with transition lenses. I was shown the difference in types of lenses and differences between the old and new transitions, and then the price differences between them all without pressure to pick the most expensive or the other. She just gave me mere suggestions as to which would most likely fit me. I didn't end even end up getting contacts because I said I'd get them online and they were fine with that and didn't pressure me to buy through them.

My husband is 30, needs glasses but does not wear glasses, and he has not gone to the optometrist for ~15 years.  He has been getting headaches from eye strain, so I finally made him go to the optometrist today.  It's Sunday and it was super busy, but the staff there was really nice and fit us in.  During the appointment with Dr. Nguyen, I found out that my hubby knew he needed glasses since he was in SECOND GRADE...omg...  Anyways, we had an appointment at 4:45p.  We went through the appointment, got a prescription, picked our frames, and actually got his glasses by 5:40p.  "J" was the who helped us after the appointment and she was really helpful.  I highly recommend!

I stopped by here to take a look at some glasses with my mom. She's been in need for a pair for quite some time. We weren't sure about what we needed, what to look for or what to ask.

Thankfully the salesperson, Jason Tran (I think he's the manager?), came to our rescue. He was well-informed, articulate and he answered all of our questions. He was very patient with my mom. He recommended and adjusted frames while she was perusing through the selection. He also suggested lenses and he was thorough about how to care for them.

Will definitely recommend this place to other friends and family.

I never felt like the salesperson, Jason Tran, was trying to make me get adds on or pushing me to a more expensive brand of glasses. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and fast with helping me make my purchase. He was able to explain all my insurance questions and even put my glasses away for a day as my credit card didn't work that day.

Time for an updated review, because I just had my annual eye exam and ordered new prescription glasses from their incredible selection. Once again, I give them 5 stars. Why 5 stars and why am I rating them again? A business earns your repeat business on every visit. The face of that business is the employees who work there. And once again, Vision Insight has re-earned my repeat business.

They have enough Optometrists working there to ensure that getting an exam is easy, but for me, I continue to stay loyal to Dr. Linda Thanh. As I get older, my sight is not as good as it used ot be, so I truly value the sight I have and I will let no other doctor touching my eyes! Dr. Linda is very friendly, very professional, very personable, and very sincere. You can't help but feel that she sincerely cares about her patients. I watched her with other patients and she treated each patient with the utmost level of sincere respect.

The store is nice, clean, organized, and very well maintained. The stock they maintain on frames as well as what they have access to will pretty much cover anyone's desires or needs.

As important as it is to have a nice looking store, great stock, and owners like Dr. Linda who treat their customers with so much respect, the real value of this business is the employees who work there. They are the face of the business. They are the people the customers interact with the most. For any long term customer of this business like me, you can't help but feel comfortable and assured when you see familiar faces. How many stores of any kind have employees that stay 1 year or longer? Many retail operations are lucky to have employees stay for 6 months. At Vision Insight, a vast majority of the employees can measure their experience at Vision Insight in "years", not "months" or "days". The turnover at Vision Insight is non-existent or negligible. The employees are every helpful and always have smiles, and a great attitude. I have never seen employees at Vision Insight sitting around and ignoring customers. I have never seen the employees without smiles. They are always respectful, courteous, and exceedingly polite. I have never seen a sour look on any employees face nor heard any employee complain about their employer. In fact, I have often heard them speak very highly of their employers.

So in addition to continuing my recommendation of Vision Insight as THE place to get an eye exam and buy glasses for anyone living within 45 minutes of Milpitas, I am taking my recommendation in one other direction. Anyone reading this who is a high school or college teacher, check this place out. Vision Insight has a formula for success that teachers, especially business teachers can use to demonstrate to students on what to do right. Business owners and managers - same thing. If your business is a little off, invest some of your time to learn through observation what Dr. Linda and her partners are doing right.

Whenever I needed to take advantage of my insurance and stock up on my supply of contacts, I'd stop by. The customer service is good, and they always call me when my order comes in.

Minus one star for the processing fee. It's been a year since I've been to this place, but I swear they charged me some type of processing fee. It wasn't exorbitant or anything, but I recently found a place that doesn't charge me $25 to order my contacts. Boo on you, Vision Insight Optometry

Vision Insight is a great optometry office!  The office is always busy, so it's always good to make an appointment if you can.  However, the many times that we've been walk-ins, we have always been seen in a very reasonable amount of time.  The office is in a mall-- so there's no shortage of things to keep you occupied while you wait.  (the Banana Republic outlet is just across the way!)

The staff here is always so happy and helpful!  We have never come across anyone less than pleasant.

Dr. Pham is just as good as it gets.  Not only is he knowledgeable and professional, he is just so NICE!  I always seem to ask a million questions, and Dr. Pham always patiently answers each and every one of them.

The frame selection is plentiful-- both for prescription glasses and sunglasses-- of a very wide price-range.

Even if you're not a fan of the Great Mall, Vision Insight is worth a trip!

I came here with a prescription ready from my optomertrist already, so I can't vouch for this place's doctors, checkups, etc.  However, I must say that this place has one of the best selections, especially for the younger generation.  They have a large variety of fashionable glasses, from the expensive brand names like Gucci, Versace, Prada, to the more affordable (but still fashionable) like Banana Republic, Armani, MiuMiu.

When I went in to try and find a pair of glasses, the service was helpful, but not overbearing.  They let me take my time, which was great because I'm truly indecisive, and I was glad to not feel rushed.  They even allow people to open the glass cases and take glasses to try on as they please!  Once I finally decided on a pair, they had them ready for me in less than a week.

    Great selection, good service.  Recommended!

OH, GEEBUS!  THE WORLD IS OVER, I AM OFFICIALLY A FOUR-EYED FOOTBALL SHAPED FREAK...  o_o

After TWELVE years of avoiding the optometrist and being four-eyed, I finally succumbed...  I would be leaving for Istanbul, to study abroad in a week, and it would make no sense for me to fight a Turkish person for the first row seat in school just to keep up with lectures on the projection screen.  It's hard as it is doing so with people that speak my language, let alone doing so with someone that may not understand my needs.  I would rather have my stay there be as pleasant as possible, so to avoid embarrassing conflict, I'll go "geek" to placate your language barrier, Istanbul...  Besides, I don't speak a lick of Turkish, so my fighting would be futile...  -__-

I came here prepared for the worst... a sterile and cold-hearted doctor, evil drops attacking my vision, and expensive frames for glasses...  Instead, I got the friendliest optometrist ever, a pleasant staff that checked me in quickly even though I was 20 min. late for my appointment, and patient associates that helped my picky-ass select some Banana Republic frames and they got them adjusted in no time.  They even had them ready to go in an hour!  What's best is that while waiting to get your glasses savvy, you can peruse the mall and burn a bigger hole in your pocket if you don't have insurance and have a penchant for shopping, like me...  =D

Being overwhelmed by the overall experience, I forgot my doctor's name, like a jack-ass... but I do know that he was very interested in the small talk he generated with me, and if you're reading this, I'll be happy to help you out with your interior design needs as much as I can as a second year student... if not, I can refer you to someone with better expertise to help you knock out that wall in your home...  I also want to THANK YOU for assuring me that my "football" shaped eyeballs were not noticeable, and that I was not some coney-eyed freak going blind...  =D

He definitely walked me through the entire process, and I didn't feel like I was being crucified for not getting check-ups regularly.  I also got to pry some lasik questions out of him, and I unfortunately learned that it is not the best route to go if you find yourself with astigmatism, like me...  [It's like wearing a permanent prescription of glasses for eye sight  that will further deteriorate with age, and you cannot "adjust" your eyes every time it gets worse with lasik...] - I was pretty sad about that, but he still told me it was doable, if I waited until my vision stabilized and if I was willing.

Overall, the $49 exam was true to it's price, and my frames were $119.  They gave me promotional discounts where they could apply them, knowing I had no insurance as a student, since I also opted for the additional lens coatings.

The look on my bf's face when he first saw me in the glasses, however, was PRICELESS...  He told me it was exactly what he imagined I would look like in his dream, but I figure I might have been wearing a school-girl outfit in that little fantasy of his as well... and that's another story...

Now, I can read things far away, blend in with the other "cool-kid" hipsters that wear black framed glasses in the hood... and arouse wicked thoughts if I want to with an accessory for the face.  NICE!  =P

After three years of working, I finally have vision coverage. I decided to come here since it was close to my house and had positive reviews.

My experience was okay. I waited 10-15 minutes for my scheduled appointment. Once I saw the optometrist, she spent less than 10 minutes with me. Afterwards, I was sent out to look for a pair of glasses. The person helping me choose glasses was apathetic since I took a while choosing glasses. She wasn't that helpful in recommending glasses.

I ended up getting a pair of Oakley, and the glasses arrived in a week.

I don't think this place is the cheapest. Frames are ridiculously expensive. If you want a brand new pair of glasses, you have to pay an additional $7-$8 for shipping. Otherwise, you'll get the pair of glasses that everyone tries on.

This place gets chaotic since people are always coming in and out of the store.

    Yeah, i got four eyes!
So i've had a vision plan for a long time but never used it. And now i got lazy and read that one of my friends had gone here so I decided to go check it out. And it didn't hurt that it was some what convenient for me considering it's at the Great Mall.

I got there and was impressed with the presentation of the entire place. It was bright. After being greeted I explained that I had an appointment and was new. They had me fill the typical patient boiler plate. The process was pretty straight forward. After filling out my information I met the optometrist and had my eyes checked. Good news it that I'll live. If ever I waited between each step of the process I was able to freely peruse the optical wares they had in stock. They said that it would be ready in two weeks and that they would call to remind me when to come in. I came back less than two weeks two pick up my two new pairs of lightweight nike glasses.

They took care of me and my deteriorating eye sight.
Thanks for hooking me up with some fancy pants eye wear!

Thank goodness for VSP, without it I wouldn't be able to shoot.  I'm no gangbanger, but one of the requirements in the Army is to be able to shoot.  Makes sense.

A couple years ago I was at the range and I did terrible.  I'm not usaually a bad shot, I did fine in the years prior.  This time I only hit 13/40.  Yikes.  One friend said I might need glasses.

The following week I went to Dr. Pham's at the Great Mall.  With vision insurance, you pay a $20 copay, $20 materials fee and get a $120 credit towards glasses.

The exam with the doc went smoothly.  It got a little complicated at the end when he kept switching lenses 'is this clearer or this?' but other than that easy.  It got to the point that one was slightly bigger than the other.

Anyway, I go a nice pair of indoor glasses and some cool looking Oakely's.  The total was about $120 for both.  Not bad considering that's how much the sunglasses were by themselves.

I went to the range shortly afterward armed with my new shades (and an m16 of course) and shot fine.

I came back again this year to get another pair of sunglasses sine the credit came back.  Kinda like renewing your 2yr contract with your cell carrier.  why not?

I got some cool raybans and I'm very happy.  This place is busy on the weekends so you might need to make an appointment.

    This Place is Great!!

Dr. Pham is the best!!   My wife and I have been coming here for several years.  Dr. Pham always greets us and asks us how we've been.  His eye exams are comprehensive and you get the sense that he really cares.  The staff is very friendly and attentive, especially Mary J, who is incredible. She is very patient and helps you find the exact glasses that fit your style.  I used to dread going to get glasses, but actually look forward to getting new glasses because of the friendly people at Vision Insight.  I can't say enough good things about this place.  I tell all my friends and family that this is the place to go.

Arghh!!! So I wake up this morning and I'm out of contacts. My vision has been depleting since the age of 12 and ever since I turned to contacts in high school I have never turned back.

Sure I occasionally wear my glasses at night, but I really hate wearing anything on my face.  So in desperation to finding a quick pair I call around for a quick contact fitting.  I hit Costco first and I was turned down by the OD because of eye irritation. She told me to return in a week!  Arghhh.... I was not about to wear my glasses for a week! I don't even have a pair of glasses with a current prescription!

Anyways....this is wear Vision Insight Optometry came into play.  Knowing they have a large selection I called to see if they did 1 hour service.  If I'm going to wear glasses for a week I'd definitely need a new pair.

At first I was pretty ticked at how crowded their store was.  Customers, employees, cases and cases of glasses....a bit overwhelming.  Finally I was approached by Jam who helped me step by step.  She set me up with a contact lens fitting and even shopped for me while I was being examined.

Overall the O.D. did reconfirm that I shouldn't wear my contacts for at least a week and even reevaluated my current prescription to make my vision better.  She fit me for contacts for my astigmatism, lowered my prescription, and prescribed me some drops for my inflammation.

Jam walked me through all the cases of glasses collecting half a dozen to choose from.  She did her best to work with my vision insurance in order to get the best deal.  Knowing that I was desperate for new glasses for the week, she even offered a pair of loner lenses while I waited for my transition prescription to come in.

My glasses were ready in one hour, and sure I payed an arm and a leg, but I guess this is a cheap price for the ability to see! I hate being blind!

Before visit: So I just called this place and WOW! The young lady over the phone was really nice and patient with my questions. She didn't sound like she was in a hurry to hang up or was throwing prices at me. It's $49 for eye exam, and only $59 for contact lens exam. She even told me that if I wanted to re-lens my own frames, it would be less than $70. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Lenscrafters wanted $170 and a soul for that same deal! I hate dealing with these money-grubbling optometry poop-holes but man, I haven't visited yet and I'm already impressed. She told me that they had tons of openings right now so they can take me today. I'm going to go down to this place right now before these deals end! I will update this review after my visit.

After visit: I saw Dr. "O" (no really, that's his name!) and he was great. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Eye exam was painless and quick! Then I was helped out by Linda, who was very knowledgeable and quite helpful. She helped me get a few contacts and was telling me about the advantages of having certain types of lenses, blah, blah, blah. We picked out a bunch of glasses that I really loved and spent at least 1 1/2 hours trying to find the perfect one. It came down to a cute pair of Coach or sexy Prada. The price tag of those glasses were pretty hefty but if you think about it, you gotta pay the price if you want to rock those brands. C'est la vive! - My glasses were ready to go in 30 mins and I am very happy with my purchase.

Overall, I was really happy with my experience and I would definitely go back again in the future and recommend it to all that are in need of better vision!

Thanks to Yelp for helping me find Vision Insight and specifically a big thank you to Dr. Pham! I would have given it a 6-star if I could.

Both my husband & myself are so happy with everything here: great customer service, wonderful doctor, & great prices.

Like everyone else, I believe Dr. Pham was by far the friendliest, most truthful and informative eye doctor. Also, luckily my husband & I were being helped choosing glasses by a lady representative named Mui, who were so patient and sweet.

My husband needed glasses but I was only there to check-up. I was just worry that after years of being a makeup artist working under not-always perfect lighting situation, I would somehow loose my 20/20 vision...  I came in w/ so many questions but Dr. Pham happily answered each of my questions w/ great knowledge and even made us laugh  :D  He truly is a doctor who would go out of his way to make sure his customers walk out happy with everything, from the eye-exam to the glasses that they've bought.

We definitely will come back to this place :)

My last optometrist that I went to messed up my prescription 2 years ago so i decided to try a new one.  i dropped in without making an appt and I was able to see an eye doctor within 15 minutes.  everyone in the store was very friendly and even though I didn't have my Cisco ID with me to confirm the VSP insurance, she said that she would call them to get the information and they only charged me the co-pay based on my Cisco Discount.

The eye doctor was very thorough and she did a lot more checks than my previous eye doctors to ensure that the prescription was correct.  even after i put on my new contacts, she did several more tests to ensure that the prescription was correct.

I am going back here for sure.

I've been going here for 4 years now. They had a grand selection of designer and non-designer frames. Everyone is soo helpful and nice. I called the other day to make an apt. and I asked the girl over the phone how much things would cost with my insurance she was on the phone with me for over 10 min explaining the cost and even recommended how I could save money.

Every pair of glasses I get from them I get many compliments on. Try them out!

I went here based on their review and because they also accept VSP. I will have to say that the reviews are really precise. The staff are really friendly and curteous. They ask if you need help once they see you. They don't ignore you like other optometrist offices I have been to. The location is a little weird because it is in the mall but it is minor compared to the great service you will get.

I came for a checkup and needed to find a new optometrist. The assistant who first checked my eyes was very friendly and professional. She explained well what she was doing.

I had my eyes check by Dr Au (pronounced Oh) and he was very friendly and professional. He did a very thorough checkup and explained to me what he was doing and what they were for. He did not rush through the exam and did not make me feel like a cow going through the process. He took his time and was very detail oriented. He did tests that no other optometrist had done on me before like tear output. He even checked behind my eyelids which no optometrist had ever done to check for abrasions from my contacts.

I have found a new optometrist and they truly deserve 5 stars!!!

I'm finally getting prescription sunglasses!! Woohoo!

The staff here is super friendly and overall awesome.  Mei La is my new favorite associate = )  I was originally drawn in by the overwhelming selection of frames but have been returning as a result of timely, superior service.

Came here for the first time because I saw they had a sign that takes VSP insurance. Everyone here is nice , helpful and pleasant from receptionist to doctor. Had Dr Kathy Nguyen. She took time to explain everything to me. Exam went smoothly. They are kinda expensive (IMO) but inurance took care of more than half of it. Place is normally packed on the weekends so i recommend you make an appointment for the weekdays.

My old age is catching up with me.  Gone are the days of my 20/20 vision =(

They've got a good selection of designer frames here as well as some reasonably priced options.  I can't speak for the doctors here, but the staff were nice enough.

Also, they give you a complimentary bottle of eye glass cleaner and they offer lifetime refills as long as you save your bottle.  Not bad!
