Got a tapeworm in need of some sustenance? Or need to feed Paul Bunyan? Maybe it's me, but their poor boy sandwich (more of an Italian version) is a mungo, lusty tribute to the Italian luncheon meats with a bit of marinara sauce, cabbage (I think - because it really holds up to all that melted deliciousness), and cheese (provolone maybe). It's then baked up to yummy gooey goodness. On the occasions I have gone there at lunch time - I'm the only woman there in the midst of burly, hungry men. I have only tried the poorboy, and will probably never stray.
Update: Please see review for Harbor Deli and Cafe. Ownership has changed, expanded, and added new, intriguing items, but the Poor Boy sandwich still remains!
