Vina Pho is the place to go in Burien for good Pho.  I've tried the three pho places that are closest to Burien (within a half mile of each other), and I would rank Vina Pho at the top.  And when comparing it to pho places in general, Vina Pho fairs well.

In particular, I can vouch for the chicken pho.  Very good, nice portions, and very inexpensive.  I've also had the spring rolls as well as the fresh salad wrap.  Both are very good, but I recommend the fresh salad wrap with pork.  It consists if lettuce, pork, and thin vermicelli noodles wrapped in a very thin, rice based (I think) wrap.  It's served cold, and it goes very well with pho.
