Solid steakhouse. No negatives. Prices consistent with everywhere else in Aspen/ snowmass.

Overpriced bad-to-meh food. For an appetizer we got a grilled artichoke, which was quite good sadly, the entrees, all above $24, were rather bad. I had the trout, which was horrible; dry and bland. I tried some of my friend's salmon, which was crunchy with an orange teriyaki taste the was just bad. My dad and sister got steaks, and both found the restaurant's namesake to be "a little less than mediocre". The service was ok, with friendly waiters and serving staff, but it was rather on the slow side for a not busy night

Conveniently located in the Snowmass Village Mall on the second floor of the Wildwood Lodge, it seems to be the only steakhouse in Snowmass itself. The menu was typical steakhouse fare and included a soup and salad bar, which is probably the highlight of the meal. The steaks were fine and cooked as requested and the bread was tasty. The service can be a little slow depending on the crowds. As all restaurants in Snowmass, the prices were a bit high but not outrageous. For a hearty but well-balanced meal, this steakhouse is worth checking out. I just wish there were more options in Snowmass.

We had good food and service. The steaks were decent cuts of beef, and they were prepared as requested. They also had a few alternatives to steak, and one in my party particularly liked the pasta with shrimp and scallops. The salad bar was well stocked and kept clean. Nice wine selection. Consistent with the pricey town, entrees ranged from $22-40; steaks started at $30.
