Review from Dale Z.
I hadn't been here in years. The last few times I was here, back in the day, the food was flat out bad, and so was the coffee.
My recent visit was acceptable, if not amazing. The coffee was decent, and the food was reasonably well-prepared. The service was also pretty good.
I am not a Village Inn "hater". The nice new one by Parker Road and E470, that closed all too soon, was quite good. The one up by Arapahoe and Parker Road has been solid over the years as well.
Would I rather go here than Egg & I or IHOP in Parker? Definitely not. But, I will stop in again down the road. -

I haven't been to this Village Inn in a long time. It appears that they have done a little bit of remolding and made it look a little more retro.
I was pleasantly surprised by the food. They made a descent egg white omelet with vanilla yogurt w/ granola and multi-grain pancakes.
It's a good everyday breakfast with some reasonable prices.
As other reviewers have said the earlier on Sunday mornings the better. I remember when this was the only breakfast place in Parker - it was always packed. -

I made it in to this location in the early afternoon. The place was practically empty and the service was very good. The Sante Fe skillet was tasty and the pumpkin pancakes with maple nut-brown sugar sauce was exceptional.

It's a Village Inn.....they have food that won't make you barf.
It's also pretty old and rundown. They closed the newest version up toward 470 and left this one open for some odd reason. I wouldn't have chosen that way.
Oh and it's full of old people.....
'Nuff said. :-) -

Your standard gut bomb breakfasts. Usually go here after doing an early morning workout so that makes it taste better than it is. If you ate here everyday you wouldn't have many days left. Still it is what it is and I will be going back. Earlier the better on Sundays!

If you like Village Inn's you will like this one. Food is standard, pies standard. It is what it is! The waitress was very pleasant on Sunday the last time we went in. They have added a few new skillets to their menu... The new Heart Attack waiting to happy one... My husband ordered that of course! Double Bacon, Double Cheese but he was disappointed and said it was dry. I ordered the Mexican Chicken one... It was good and their pancakes have always been my favorite...

I can't believe they closed the new one and left this one open. I guess it's a result of taxing zones. In any case, okay american food, alright variety. Nothing special. This place is kinda run down compared to the area it's in. They could really use a re-model to bring me back in.

The restraurant is pretty nice. It is old but it's been open for like 20 years. They just put in new carpet along with new coffee pots which looked nicer and cleaner. They have new dishes and new items on the menu.
I like that they have new pies and new features every couple months. Their pie rush wednesday means that I can have dessert for free every week (but there are only specific pies included) and they have a new VIB breakfast that is really cheap. You can pick 4 different things and make your own meal. I thought it was a good value for my money.
