I come from Roseville to buy and get my bikes serviced. Staff is what you would expect from a small bike shop, Buncha dudes loving what they do and actually know what they are doing. Walk in service is a big plus when you have something small to fix.
      Ride on!

I've been fighting off the urge for an E Mountain Bike for quite a while. Once I decided to go ahead and get one I called all over, all the way through Oregon. When I called Victory Velo, Dan answered and was so incredibly helpful and willing to get the exact bike I wanted. As I was waiting for my bike to get there, my son decided he wanted one as well. I called Dan back and he was great. When we picked up our bikes the entire staff was awesome, everyone was so helpful and gracious.
Thank you Dan and Staff for making it a wonderful buying experience.

Purchased my Specialized Roubaix here five years ago. Took it in for service in December 2023 (brakes, new cassette & chain, etc.) They had it done very quickly. When I next took the bike out, it was like riding a brand new bike. Wow, incredible handling and riding. Kudo's to Dan and his team for a job well done!

This shop is just amazing. After a good deal of research and discussing with various employees I purchased a turbo Tero. So happy with it. I struggled finding a bike rack. Looked on line and at REI to no resolve. Went to Victory Velo and got great advice and service. They even assembled and put it on my truck -no extra charge. Demonstrated all of it features. This shop has done much for the biking community over the years. Knowledgeable, friendly, supportive and fair. THE Place to go!!

I grew-up in Auburn and wanted to support the local bike shop. That was a mistake. I purchased a Santa Cruz 5010 from Victory Velo for $6,000. My brother wanted the same bike and we were told it would arrive within the week, guaranteed, because Santa Cruz had already shipped it to them. We paid for the bike and did not hear from them again. A few weeks later I called them to inquire as to the status of the bike. I was told they would arrive that day for sure. A few days later I called again and was finally told they have no idea when the bike would arrive, and that Santa Cruz had never shipped them. I had them refund my payment and went to Roseville to buy my brothers 5010 that same day.

The Santa Cruz 5010 I did purchase from Victory Velo had the adjustable seatpost get stuck in the highest position on the first ride. I brought the bike into Victory Velo and they bled the post and it appeared to work. Next ride, again, it became stuck in the highest position. Again, I took the bike to Victory Velo and was told they would need to bleed it to fix the problem. When I informed them that it was already bled by them and it occurred again, the mechanic was very rude and told me if he bled it the post would function correctly. He bled the post again, and once again the post froze in the highest position first ride. After that they refused to address the problem. Now I have a seatpost that has never functioned correctly and requires I leave it in the lowest position to avoid it getting stuck in the highest position making riding the bike downhill very difficult.

When I purchased the bike I was told I would get a free tune-up. When I finally brought the bike in for my tune-up I was told it was only free within 12 months of purchasing the bike. When I told him I was never told of any time limit on my free tune-up, the man became very rude telling me "there was plenty of notification" and that they do not give away service for free. I could not believe how rude they were considering I purchased a $6,000 bike from them and had nothing but problems with it. I would highly recommend supporting local bike shops that value your business, like Downieville Outfitters or Mikes Bikes of Roseville, and avoid dishonest, rude and unprofessional shops like Victory Velo.

The expertise, professionalism and personal care of the entire team at Victory Velo is the BEST in the world...and I've been frequenting bike shops for over 40 years. Christian and all the experts go the extra mile to sell you the right bike, at the right price and then keep it on the road for you.
Over the years my bikes have had flats, gotten way out of tune, been run over, and dragged along the road after popping off a bike rack.
The guys always had GREAT solutions, to fix the damage and get me out on the trails again way faster then I imagined !
My respect and undying allegence to everyone at Victory Velo.

Great bike shop! Knowledgeable and friendly staff with a great selection. After going to another local bike store, the experience was night and day. I would defiantly recommend visiting Victory Velo for your bike needs.

After 30 years, it was time to get a new Mt. Bike. I was on the fence if I was really in "need" of an e-bike, was I really that old? After extensive research, a desire to keep up with my Son and the realization climbing was only going to get more difficult as the years fly by, I decided the Specialized Turbo Levo was the one I wanted to learn more about. With Victory the authorized dealer for the area, I headed in. With the patient, educational guidance of Christian I was confident in my selection. His customer service, above and beyond the standard effort to help me get exactly what I wanted and his knowledge, I knew I had made the right choice. I also realized how much I miss the feel of a "local" bike shop. The difference is, no matter where you live he can support you, don't be disappointed, stop on in and meet the Victory Velo team. BTW- the bike ROCKS!!!!

I am an almost 60 year old guy who's been wanting to get back into mountain biking for a while. Since I'm not in the greatest shape anymore, I began considering both mid and full power emtb's. I called Specialized and was told that Victory Velo was a dealer. I met Christian at the shop and he set me up with a Turbo Levo demo bike. He really took his time to explain all the features and to set it up to fit . There was no pressure to make a quick decision, and in fact, I wanted to test a couple of other brands before I made a purchase. After demoing similar bikes from Trek and Orbea, I knew that the Specialized was what I wanted. I went back to see Christian and he set me up with the bike and all the gear to get me started. It was probably the most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a bike. It is evident that Christian and the others at the shop know what they're doing and understand how to put people on the right bikes. I am beyond thrilled with my choice of a Turbo Levo Comp Carbon. It is so much fun to ride!been having a blast with it. If you're interested in getting into the sport, go talk to the guys at Victory Velo.
