Mira Loma, CA
The only place in the IE that has nice stores, other than Nordstroms at Tyler.
1. Its beautiful outside, esp during the winter. However the weather could get extreme during the day or nights depending on the season.
2. Parking is also good, its very spacious.
3. Clean! -

Nice first impression.
Came to Victoria Gardens after a day of snowboarding to dine at Yardhouse since it was on the way home. I've always heard a lot of good things about it but never went to Victoria Gardens cause it is just a little out of the way for me.
It is essentially a huge outdoor mall, with "streets" so it feels like you are shopping in a city rather than a mall. Most of the usuals are there, except there isn't much high end retail stores. Macy's is probably the nicest department store although a Nordstrom here would've been a nice addition.
There's also lots of restaurants sprinkled throughout the mall, with a bunch next the VG as well. Most of the restaurants are the huge chains so you know what to expect from the franchises.
Parking here is a little odd. Like I mentioned, since it is an outdoor mall with streets, there are meter parking all along the streets. Meters here are enforced 24/7 so better bring some coins! There are also parking structures along the side of VG, but not as convenient as parking along the streets.
VG is a good place to shop, hangout, and dine, especially for the Inland Empire. As for me, window shopping and eating is probably it :P -

The Victoria Gardens mall is a nice outdoor mall.
It reminds me a lot of Fashion Island in Newport Beach...only its missing 2 things.
1.) the Beach
2.) High end Department stores.
They have great chain restaurants such as CPK, Bj's, PF Changs, etc. and pretty nice mall stores. They have Banana Republic, Anthropologie, Coach, Oakley, etc.
However, the mall could really use some nice department stores. They have a JC Penney and a Macys, but they should really add a Nordstrom.
I think its great that IE residents now have a nice outdoor mall where they can eat, dine and shop, but the shops need to get a little more upscale. Overall, I am a fan of Victoria Gardens, but I just hope they add a Nordstrom soon! -

This is an outdoor shopping mall that has it all. From an A list of popular stores, to two multilevel parking structures with countless additional parking areas behind key stores, to a community playhouse and event center, a movie theater and a restaurant to satisfy any craving. If you don't like walking you can event pay the meter for street parking in front of your favorite store but they don't have Internet or phone for adding deposits. There is plenty of area to keep young children entertain like a playgroup by the enclosed food court, horse-drawn carriage rides for the family and train rides around the main shopping area for kids too.
However, on cold, windy days or when it rains, shopping her could get a little uncomfortable. I found myself shopping late and I did not bring a jacket, it got cold and windy when the sun went down but if you are in the food court, they have outdoor seating by a fireplace.
Some specialty store are small than their sister stores in other malls like Forever 21, Windsor, Coach and a few others. They also have an Apple store and its has been relocated to a larger corner facility and the lines at this store are ridiculous and yes, people really do camp out to be the first in line at this location.
During the holidays, its aways nice to visit at night because of the beautiful Christmas decorations and lights.
Rancho Cucamonga has a few good shopping areas but this little gem is the pride of the community as it should be. I love this place. -

I really like window shopping or dining here; I make most of my item purchases elsewhere.
Everything here is quite a bit more expensive than other retail locations. But the scenery is nice and it's a great location for walking around. -

I love this place, it's so clean, pretty, and has all my favorite shops.
The only bummer is how crowded it gets, especially on the weekends. If they could control that chaos a little better, it would be perfect. -

Chino, CA
Oh Victoria Gardens... I remember its opening like it was yesterday. Actually, it opened on Oct. 28, 2004. I remember because I was a college student who was super excited I'd have a new place to roam around after class. Montclair Plaza and Ontario Mills weren't really the place to grab some coffee and work on an assignment. However.. VG has Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Corner Bakery, and Borders (before they closed)--all places that provide coffee, a seat/table, and free wifi. Now there's a cultural center and a library as well! :)
Also, because it's an outdoor mall, you can enjoy some great SoCal weather while doing your shopping or grabbing a bite to eat. It's really a great place to walk around with family and friends; Even greater to go for an evening stroll with your significant other after dinner at The Cheesecake Factory, King's Fish House, Yard House or Lucille's Smokehouse BBQ (just to name a few).
If you're tired of walking or just want to sit back and relax, you can go to the middle of the mall, where there's a lawn area (a Christmas tree during the holiday season) and take a seat, read a book, enjoy your coffee/tea, or watch your children ride the train or play in the water-squirting playground area. Not to mention there are also benches all around the mall--usually useful for husbands who are waiting for their lovelies to finish their shopping. ;)
Also, I've seen people (usually a couple) inside a white carriage being pulled by a horse. Gentlemen.. that's a great way to score romantic points with your lady. ;)
Of course, all of this is possible so long the weather permits. However, even if it didn't and it's cold or rainy, you can still come here to do your shopping since there is a vast selection of stores! Plus, they play some great Frank Sinatra era (the Rat Pack) songs. Now, who can resist "ol' blue eyes?" --That's probably VG's way to get people to loosen up and spend some money. After all, they have some high-end stores.
Actually, VG reminds me of The Grove and the Irvine Spectrum combined. Unfortunately, there is no Nordstrom.
In terms of parking, you can park in the parking garage/structure located near T-Mobile or anywhere around the mall with parking spaces. There are also metered parking in front of most stores (no meters in front of the stores in the middle lawn area, obviously). Additionally, you can obtain change for the meters in the green concierge booth located directly across Macy's Men, Children and Home. Just keep an eye on your time limit though. The parking meter-maids are out and about checking.
Overall, VG is a great addition to the IE (inland empire). It has a great variety of stores, plenty of eateries, and a couple of places for entertainment (i.e. movie theater, cultural center).
However, be aware that due to the selection of high-end stores, some folks automatically elevate their sense of entitlement. Don't be offended by their snobbery or snooty attitudes though. If that's what floats their boat, let it be. ;) -

Rancho Cucamonga, CA
I don't like having to dress up to go to a store. People that shop there are rude and I hate living so close to it because people always block me from getting home. People need to watch out when turning onto Foothill from Daycreek, there are various lanes and the 3rd one gets you onto the 15 south, so stop trying to pull a fast one on the locals that have places to go.

This is the most wonderful place. Your day begins here with a great breakfast at the Corner Bakery while all the shops are still closed. You can smell the fresh crisp air as you sit outside drinking your coffee and eating your oatmeal.
After breakfast, you walk around and slowly begin to see all the shops open up for business. You browse, try on shoes or clothes, perfumes, jewelry or just look around inside the new Apple store. You know it's getting a little later in the day because the Apple store is starting to get busy. You walk over to the movie theatre and catch an early show for 6.00 (before noon).
The movie is over and it's time for lunch. It depends on your appetite, but keep in mind you might be around for dinner. You walk across the street to Kabukis where the staff is welcoming. You have a light lunch and continue your store browsing. While walking around you see San Bernardino Sheriffs and VG security driving and walking around. I love these guys! They are all over issues that arise in the area. You decide to walk over to Bass Pro Shop and spend over 2 hours just browsing.
It's time for dinner! Your choices include Flemings, TGI Fridays, Gyu Kaku, Kings Fish House, Yard House, Lucille's, California Pizza Kitchen, the Cheesecake Factory, PF Changs.........the list is endless!!
Unlike Americana in Glendale or the Farmers Market, you don't pay for parking in the parking structures. HOW GREAT IS THAT!
This is a must see place! -

Fairly decent outdoor mall. It's not too big, nor too small, so it isn't overwhelming. I found a lot good deals here today. The atmosphere and the ambiance of this mall was great. They were a lot high and low end stores, perfect for anyone's wallet. I really like this mall. It's really pretty and I recommend coming here at night because it's a lot cooler at night. And the best part is, Victoria Gardens is just a couple of miles away from Ontario Mills! :)

I like this mall a lot. It has everything I need and more! I love the fact that it's outside. It reminds me of this mall in SD, the Otay Ranch Center. However this mall is MUCH MUCH bigger and being that it's outside, makes me feel less stressed to be able to breathe fresh air as I shop. Also, I love that it's dog friendly so that I can take my doxie with me and not leave him home all alone.

What's not to like when it comes to Victoria Gardens! I love that it's an outdoor mall because I can bring my dog with me when I shop and also get some fresh air!
You also get a vast array of stores and selection here--- I love that there's an h&m, forever 21, two Sephoras, Ulta, urban outfitters... The list goes on! I've found the employees in each store to be extra friendly and helpful!
I also love that there's alot of different places to eat. We've eaten at Korean/japanese BBQ place, the cheesecake factory, chipotle, the cheesecake factory and the Johnny rockets. All have also been clean, fast and serve quality food!
Parking isn't too bad either, longest it has taken us was probably 10 mins and it was during the Xmas time.
Overall, be prepared to walk a little bit extra and when it's winter, gear up! It gets a lil bit chilly sometimes!Listed in: When I'm not eating, I'm…

Review from Kevin L.
I went on a Saturday in December, this trip was about two weeks before Christmas. Needless to say, parking was a bitch. I don't get upset with bad parking, so this wasn't a huge deal. There's a ton of parking around VG so just drive around and find a spot, one will open up eventually. We found a spot, by complete luck, in the structure behind the food building. VG was a little on the crowded side, but it never really felt too crowded. A couple of the streets inside VG were closed down for a car show and the like. This really helped with the foot traffic.
Every time I've been to VG has been a good trip. There's a ton of food options for every taste ranging in cheap Chinese to high quality sushi (not that all they have is of the Asian variety, though I see no problem with that). Parking is hit or miss, but the only weekend I've ever had to search for it was this past weekend. This place has everything. There are a ton of shops, again for every palate. There's even a movie theater. Unless you know exactly what you're buying, plan on spending a couple of hours here. They have events (movies in the park, Santa, etc.) in the center quad.
Overall, this place is great. It's definitely worth the ~25 minute drive from my house. It's a great place for a date, a night out with friends, or anything you could think of! -

Mableton, GA
I'm not a fan of the mall or shopping centers, and when it was announced that Victoria Gardens would becoming to Rancho Cucamonga, let's just say I was not jumping for joy.
If you ever been to the Promenade in Santa Monica, aka the Third Street Promenade, then you can get an idea of what Victoria Gardens was/is supposed to be. It's supposed to be a pedestrian friendly area full of shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
Granted, while Victoria Gardens is a convenient place to find shopping and restaurants, there is no entertainment to be found other than the movie theater on grounds. Also, it is not very pedestrian friendly like the Santa Monica Promenade. Pedestrians and cars intermingle at Victoria Gardens, and for the life of me I can't imagine how someone has not been seriously injured by a car yet. Instead of blocking the inner streets off, allowing for pedestrians to roam around freely, cars are also allowed to go through Victoria Gardens. A major no no , and no likey.
As far as the shops, in my opinion they are over priced. However, I guess this was what the developers were aiming for with the demographics they wanted to reach. I suppose. So, if you are looking for a bargain you may want to go around the corner to Ontario Mills Mall.
All in all Victoria Gardens is okay, I see it is mostly used for a teenage hangout and for families to bring their young children. Also, it is very dog friendly. I was amazed at how many people were strolling around with their dogs.
So, if you are ever bored and need something to do in the area then I would suggest taking a drive to Victoria Gardens. At the least you can spend some great time people watching while sipping on a yummy Jamba Juice or Juice-it-Up. I did. -

Decent shops in a well managed shopping area. The plus is that Victoria Gardens has an Anthropologie, my main reason for taking a trek out to Rancho.
There's convenient metered parking in front of many of the shops or you can park in the outlying free lots. For meter change, see the concierge booth located in the middle of the Gardens, across from Macy's Home. -

Ontario, CA
Victoria Gardens was designed to give the appearance of an old fashioned "downtown" area. (Something RC never had.) It's convenient that, if you're willing to pay a few quarters, you can often park right in front of the store you're shopping at. Otherwise, it's a nice outdoor mall you can walk the sidewalks without breathing piped in air. The drawback for us is that dining for Celiacs is pretty much limited to salads. The few GF-friendly eateries in the mall are far outside the regular shopping area so if you want to eat while you're there you have to drive to get something. We find this annoying enough that we do not shop here frequently. The other drawback is that, with the closure of Borders, VG no longer has a bookstore. But there are enough specialty stores (Williams Sonoma, Stride Right, Apple) that it's still a much appreciated addition to IE shopping.

Victoria Gardens- The-what-the-hell-is-there-to-do-in-the-IE-MALL!!
The "IE" also known as the Inland Empire. Yes, if you are from LA or the OC you wouldn't (or would be) caught dead out there. You really aren't missing much. I've heard its called the "Armpit of Southern California". In the IE"s defense the SMOG is all secondhand thanks to LA and the mountains in the IE not letting the Smog escape. Most people probably will never get farther east than the 15 Freeway, but that's okay!!! because on your way to Las Vegas you will pass by this mall on the left.
There really isn't anything to do in Riverside. You can hit up the Tyler mall for no reason. You can visit sacred Indian land and make a donation to Casino Morongo or San Manuel Casino. You can go to the lame Ontario Mills that everyone knows about, but doesn't actually like. Try out the new Victoria Gardens! Well it was new when I first went X amount of years ago in college.
The best way to describe the VG concept is to take the Santa Monica Promenade/ Downtown idea and mix it with some Outdoor OC mall like The District and then minus the glamor and prestige and then Ghetto-side it! ("And Then and Then and Then. NO AND THEN!"- Dude Where's My Car. ) It truly does look like a downtown area. It is very difficult to drive though the middle, so they got that part of LA right. I just feel like something is off about this place... Let me give you a good analogy of this feeling.. Let's say I want to travel the world and see all of the best of Europe and Asia, but instead of traveling I go to Disney World. That is what this place is to a Real Mall experience.
With all the joking and hating a side.. I still am a fan of this place. It's a like a little Oasis in the middle of the desert. You may not escape the 100 plus degree weather of the IE, but at least you can for a moment have a taste of the good life. There is nothing wrong with this place. It has a good selection of stores that people will actually shop at and not just Window Shop. It's better than most Outlet malls. Even if you go there just to watch a movie it beats watching it at Ontario or other theaters in the area. Parking near the theater can suck so make sure to get there early.
Every since leaving Riverside, I have never gone back here, but I do think about this place and how it helped UCR Highlanders escape The Riverside that has NO RIVER! So, I will wave and blow a kiss next time I'm on my way to Vegas. If you live in the IE, Just GO HERE! No excuses. If you live far away, maybe go it's up to you. If you have a shopping itch and won money in Vegas cruise in to this mall to try it out. -

Bakersfield, CA
I've been to a lot of outdoor malls, but this is one of my favorites for many reasons
1. It's got pretty much EVERYTHING...Urban Outfitters, Yardhouse, movie theatre, etc...
2. Diversity -- you'll see families, couples, singles, oldies/youngins, whites/blacks/yellows/browns...
3. I love sitting on the bench, maybe put my head down and just enjoy the lights, the view, the people and the chu-chu-monga train pass by. If you're lucky, someone will be playing music.
Definitely a great place for hangout. I love coming here. It reminds me a little of home (santana row in san jose).
However, I would probably avoid this place on a weekend because it gets crowded. Come and take a stroll on a weekday summer night. It's refreshing! :) -
Review from Sebastian K.
Portland, OR
I really dislike this place, I really do. I hate the fake "old fashioned" decorations and the stores you can find at any mall in America, along with the "oompa loompas" and Jersey Shore look-alikes. It seems every douchebag with money comes here to shop, and likes to gloat about how they spent a hundred bucks on a t-shirt that looks "vintage". Yeah, because eating at California Pizza Kitchen and spending five hundred bucks at American Eagle is unique.
While I think the outdoor aspect is pretty cool, having roads throughout the mall is a terrible idea. I don't know how many times I have nearly been hit by a jackass driver with his "souped up" pickup the size of Texas, and then yelled at despite the fact I had the right of way. There is constant traffic, and getting to the other side of the mall can take ages. Hell, walking across the mall is a pain, considering you have to walk behind a line of oompa loompas that won't get their big asses out of the way. Maybe they should lay off TCBY and Mrs. Field's Cookies.
Basically, this is just proof that Rancho Cucamonga is, and always will be lacking in any culture or history (the city has only been incorporated since 1977. Most of the buildings in the city were built after 1980). So instead of honoring things that are of historic importance (Rains House, oldest winery in California), they decide to build fake "old" buildings and pretend there is some deeper history to the area, when really there isn't any. In essence, this mall is pretentious, overpriced, consumerist garbage that only bimbos with rich parents would shop at.Listed in: My Dissapointment List

A beautiful gem in the Inland Empire!
I absolutely adore VG! I can kill hours here in the blink of an eye. From dining to shopping to entertainment there is always something to do and see. My kids even love it, and that's saying a lot, since walking a mall is there #1 least favorite thing to do! Often I'm woken on the weekends by them begging to go the VG! LOL!
The restaurant selection is amazing and vast. from Italian to Japanese to hearty American, there is something for everyone here. My favorites are Kabuki and Lucille's.
The shopping is just as vast from clothing to home goods to gifts and books. You can find something for every occasion or need here. I love to visit Williams-Sonoma and Kirkland's for my home needs. Sephora and Bath & Body Works are a must for cosmetics and bath needs.
Entertainment is definitely not forgotten either. From the train for the kiddies to the AMC Theatre for the adults there is something for every age her. Lewis Family Playhouse always offers fabulous shows and often there is a street faire or some type of live entertainment on the weekends.
The grounds are well maintained and manicured so it's always clean and fresh, day or night. Plenty of places to sit and relax as well. Overall, this is a must visit for anyone coming to the I.E. -
Review from Giao T.
Depending on the time and day you go, it could be good or annoying. It also depends on your age and intention as well. This outdoor shopping plaza (or experience) is the local mecca for 12 - 24 year olds. The come in packs and linger and loiter at all ends of the "neighborhood."
Generally, everything is fine and I've never seen any disturbances the times I've been here. But, it's a pet peeve of mine to be able to walk in a straight line without having to slow down or stop because there's a group of people in front of me either walking really slow without a care in the world or they don't know the proper ettiquette of what side of the sidewalk you're suppose to walk on: stay to your right!! And yes, I was once guilty of being a teenager many, many moons ago.
Overall, a nicely done as far as aesthetics go and they copied the original The Grove in mid city L.A. for the open air neighbood shopping concept. Nice touches in the details and good quality of the generic branded shops to cater to a homongenous general public. Parking is pretty good and ample throughout, but, don't bother driving down the streets or parking curbside. Having to wait for all the pedestrians to cross the street is a literal practice in patience!! -

Don't really come here to shop, nothing really attracts me. I come here to walk around, eat at one of the restaurants, or go to the movies once in a while but that's about it. Its a nice place to hang out and lots of families come here. It's a unique mall for the area.It has all your chain stores which can be found other malls and a big selection of restaurants.
It's also a place to watch mall creatures in their natural habitats. Common creatures here are Bieber/Miley wannabe tweens/teens, Stepford housewives, Snooki look-a-likes, and Male Teens or Twenty-somethings driving around in their muscle cars, rice burners, or four-story trucks obnoxiously playing crummy club music. They're all equally annoying!!!
I feel like this place is trying too hard to be something it's not and can't get over it's fake atmosphere. That's one of the reasons I don't come often. Most people here as well try too much to be something they're not which annoys me the most. It's the ugly side of capitalism. If you can get past that or just wanna shop, then it's not a bad place for you.Listed in: Meh!

I'm from LA, so I've seen the Grove and the Americana. Both have shops that are too expensive for your average American, so it was nice to go to Victoria Gardens to do more than just window shop. There is tons to do here, tons of parking and lots of cute shops to sort of just browse. Everything is within good walking distance too. This is where I found the Hello Kitty that I was looking for, and it was in a random store that is an authorized Sanrio seller. I love my TY Hello Kitty beanie baby that I had been looking for forever :)
Only complaint is that this place is always PAAAAACKED. Before my last trip I went on a Saturday night and it was so so, Cheesecake Factory was the only thing that was packed, everything else was alright. Sunday afternoon, it was totally horribly crowded with people that thought it was okay to stop in the middle of the walkway right in front of you because they had something they had to look at. Other than that, i love the fun atmosphere of this outdoor shopping all. -

Victoria Gardens is the highlight of the Inland Empire. Great job Rancho Cucamonga planners and developers for bringing this great outdoor mall to the I.E. I'm so glad they did not build the lakes, which was an original plan for this mall. They would have been a waste of space and high maintenance.
This mall is very popular because it has everything for everyone. You can find a his and hers Macy's, American Eagle, Gap, Banana Republic, Forever 21, New York & Co., Urban Outfitters, Victoria Secrets, Oakley, Coach, Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World, CPK, Cheesecake Factory, Johnny Rockets, T.G.I.F., Yard House, Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que, P.F. Chang's China Bistro and the little train for the kids to ride around the mall.
Victoria Gardens has it all. If you enjoy shopping, eating, walking or killing time come here for all of the above. -

As far as outdoor mall go this place offers you the basic mall chain stores and eateries. As you can guess buy the opening statement I'm not a big mall guy. Now with that out of the way the design is trendy without felling corny. Southern California weather makes this place nice to visit most times in the year. It's most appealing feature is that its pet friendly so, it make for a great place to take your pup for a stroll that offers both exercise and socialization. It would get five stars but almost every time I go there, there is a kid in a diaper running through the fountain. Which isn't really the malls fault but a sad commentary on the Inland Empire but it would be nice if mall security would shut that down.

This place has 4 stars? How?
Anyway, this place is pretty spread out. Depending on what you're looking for they may have shops for you. Not really a place to shop for me personally but it's good just to walk around. It's like 3 levels below The Grove and not as small as The Grove. Restaurants are ok, the only place I like is Lucilles. Haven't been to the theatre's here but I can only imagine is overrun by HS kids.
Overally, it's your typical outdoor mall except it's 10x hotter in the warmer seasons. -

I visited Victoria Gardens for the first time on Saturday. I like the layout of this outdoor mall. Everything looked nice and was clean. It had all the essentials you expect the average mall with a little more.
The selection of stores are good ranging from the kid friendly to the sophisticated. However, there's no high end stores comparable to South Coast Plaza or the Beverly Center. The department stores include Macy's and JCPenny. It also has my kitchen and home favorites like Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, and Williams-Sonoma. There is the usual food court fare like Wetzel's Pretzels and Pinkberry but also includes decent restaurant options such as Yard House, Cheesecake Factory, and Lucille's Smokehouse BBQ. There is also an AMC, which rounds out as the mall experience trinity of shopping, dining, and entertaining.
Since I live in LA, I'm used to paying for parking everywhere. So it was refreshing to know that parking structures were free. Victoria Gardens is not very close to me but definitely a good stop if I'm in the area again. So before going to Victoria Gardens, be sure to check your credit card limit as well as the weather forecast. I wasn't too crazy about shopping in the cold. -

Just about all malls are the same in terms of stores. You'll see the same ones at everyone you go to. The only thing different is the concept.
I liked Victoria Gardens. It's a nice place to walk around on a hot Summer's afternoon/evening. It's more like a little town than a mall. Lots of streets to explore with different shops. A pretty chill vibe, except for the occasional "I'm so cool" Jackass driving around with his car stereo blasting to announce how cool he is. I wanna be just like him and wear Ed Hardy shirts, too.
Parking wasn't too bad. Choose your exits wisely. Somewhat confusing. I went out one and you could only turn right. With all the traffic, I ended up going right back into the mall. -

I am a fan! It's a fairly large outdoor shopping mall. Decent shops, a lot of which you can find at the mall, however these stores carry a wider selection than you will find in the mall. Even their Macy's has a wider selection which I love. And living in San Diego, sometimes their stores have items that I wouldn't find in the same store in San Diego. But even the shopping is not what drew me to this place. They have a great selection of FOOD here! =) if you don't like to shop, come here for the food. My favorite restaurant here is Gyu-Kaku!
oh and they have horse drawn carriages... SO CUTE! there's something you don't see at your mall everyday. -

For the IE this is a nice place to be on a WEEKDAY. Decent outdoor shopping mall with normal selection of midlevel shops.
Much prefer it over Tyler Mall (too crowded & stuffy) & even 3rd St Promenade in Santa Monica (too many vagrants there pestering peeps!).
Like all malls, I avoid this place like the plague during weekends. It's bad enough running into spoiled self-entitled tweens & wanna-be The Hills/OC/Desperate Housewives folks occasionally during weekdays, but they come out in hordes on the weekend and loiter in every corner or space they can find!! Which makes it really annoying when you're trying to get somewhere.
However, we do amuse ourselves by trying to guess if a tween boy is wearing jeans a size smaller than his girlfriend, or how many dolled up housewives are carrying expensive purses w/ no $ in there. Oh..don't forget the jersey shore meatheads... they're just...well....amusing in their narcissism. They also have live bands sometimes & even a little train which the kids & overwhelmed parents seem to enjoy.
All joking of stereotypes aside, like other overcrowded places on the weekend it can be fun to people watch if ur willing to brave the craziness. Otherwise...just wait til a weekday if u have to get some shopping done. -

Just An Outdoor Shopping Area, Not An Outdoor Mall. It Is Like A Little Shopping Town. Very Nice And Clean. You Can Park On The Street (Metered Parking) In The Garages (Free) or In The Parking Lots (Free).
Good Selection Of Stores And Restaurants. There Is Outdoor Entertainment Especially In The Summer and During Holidays, and A Train For The Kids To Ride On. -
