Neighborhood: Brooklyn/Williamsburg - North SideTHIS MAGAZINE RULES!
The Dos & Don'ts column is always a source of cheap and easy laughter (often at the expense of the unknowing - always a plus!); Vice Records is partly responsible for the success of Death From Above 1979, having released their raw power "Romantic Rights."
The content is all hipster and totally on point.
Read this and you'll know what I'm taking about.

Vice is a nice free publication that some places in Atlanta will actually try to charge you for (at Criminal Records they sometimes put $3 price tags on this and try to make people who don't look hip enough pay it: but just walk out, they can't stop you).
There's a lot to be entertained by here: as Edward said the Do's and Dont's are pretty much worth reading everytime. They take pictures of the most clueless and/or scary people from around different cities and put smartass captions on them that are often spit your coffee funny.
Their record reviews are also pretty entertaining: they tell it like it is in no plain english. I remember one review that said something like: "I take a shit on this record." And such.
The editorials and articles couldn't get more hipster: they love to talk about coke and parties and strippers and other nonsense. But if you can get past that, this is worth thumbing through. But probably don't let your kids get a hold of it unless you want them to turn into skaters.
